What do you like best about OneDesk?

We had a difficult time finding a package that would allow us to manage our products and customers all in one site.

OneDesk gives us this flexibility.

Even though we are small, our business is complex. We were pleasantly surprised that we could implement "out of box" and without a consultant.

OneDesk is very receptive to customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDesk?

We would like to see more granular user security. We give our team a lot of autonomy so they need a lot of permissions but we don't want to make them all admins. We have made some specific requests and have seen many come to fruition and/or be on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a system to support our managed service team as well as product development. Being able to have all of these items in a single system is extremely helpful for managing in a shared service environment.

What do you like best about OneDesk?

The best thing about OneDesk is that we get multiple features in one place like customer management tools, helpdesk, project management tools, workflow automation, etc. It allows us to just use one software for multiple purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDesk?

There are not many cons that I encountered. One thing that would like to be improved is customization. Moreover, the user interface of OneDesk can be improved a litle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneDesk?

It's a very user-friendly tool for managing a project. From a complex and massive project to a simple task, it can fit very well. User stories and jobs for the user stories can be created quickly and can be searched or go to the page fast without any lag. Can share the link of the user story to other folks, which is a good feature in it. Can track the progress and work assigned to the resources with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDesk?

I don't have anything to mention that I dislike in this software. It's giving its best for the end-user. I hope it continues by adding new features to help the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used this tool to manage one of the client projects. It'very dynamic Software. Easy to install and use. We have organized our complete project from scope planning to implementation. What do you like best about OneDesk?

The best thing about this product is that it provides solution for both Project Management and Help desk. Two requirements are fulfilled by one software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least loved thing about this software is that it is designed only for small and medium size companies. It should scale up for bigger MNC's and they can improve their chat bot features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneDesk?

OneDesk provides the dual functionality of helpdesk and project management. My team can assist customers and also manage projects with the help of single applications, that's awesome. Unlike others, OneDesk does not have a free version with limited functionalities. However, it does provide a free trial to test the software before purchase.
