What do you like best about Olo?

Olo is suitable as a platform for managing online orders. It's fantastic because it gives us the time to ensure that orders are executed correctly rather than taking orders by phone and having to receive payment at the restaurant. What do you dislike about Olo?

When the guest calls to place an Olo order, the manager should be able to enter one as a manager, which is not always possible. I have to perform more steps than necessary and add a lot of information. It has its downfall when the timing does not sync with the restaurant's flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?

OlO is exceptional with takeout and online delivery and reduces phone orders perfectly integrated into our POS. It is easy to use and works perfectly. It allows us to track orders, release orders in advance, issue refunds, limit the speed of order arrival, and deactivate Olo orders when staff or other restrictions require it. What do you like best about Olo?

I've used olo for almost 1 year and the one thing that always amazes me about olo is the printed orders it just so vintaged and asthetic, olo is fast paced and time saving for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Olo's asthetic and cool way of presenting has always been my main focus but what makes it dislikeable is the fact that sometimr it messes up the orders like the quantity and stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
