Very easy to use and extremely user friendly

It is difficult to manage sometimes as our dashboard does not always refresh correctly but it does come through in time

We use OLO for our restaurants. It is helpful in tracking orders from our stores and 3rd party delivery

Delivery system is incredil via Olo and the order placement is error free.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

For start up restraunts it is quite expensive and Olo set up requires high skills and is not easy

earlier using other platforms order placing was difficult, Olo not only made order placing very easy but dispatch of orders are perfect without any failures.

**What do you like best about Olo?**

Olo is suitable as a platform for managing online orders. It's fantastic because it gives us the time to ensure that orders are executed correctly rather than taking orders over the phone and having to receive payment at the restaurant. It greatly simplifies the work of the entire team.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

When the guest calls to place an Olo order, the manager should be able to enter one as a manager, which is not always possible. I have to perform more steps than necessary and add a lot of information. It has its downfall when the timing does not synchronize with the restaurant's flow.

**What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OlO is exceptional with takeout and online delivery and perfectly reduces phone orders integrated into our POS. It is easy to use and works perfectly. It allows us to track orders, release orders in advance, issue refunds, limit the speed of order arrivals, and disable Olo orders when staff or other restrictions require it.

**What do you like best about Olo?**

I've used olo for almost 1 year and the one thing that always amazes me about olo is the printed orders it just so vintaged and asthetic, olo is fast paced and time saving for me.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

Olo's asthetic and cool way of presenting has always been my main focus but what makes it dislikeable is the fact that sometimr it messes up the orders like the quantity and stuff.

**What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Olo had saved a lot of my times as I was habitual of placing orders and pick up the order on the runs and it has always worked until home delivery came but still even now nothing feels better then a cold coffee in hand and on the way to office.

Enable delivery without commissions helps in managing your own drivers with multiple delivery service providers.

Great collaboration and pairing with the third-party couriers with delivery orders, Provides a consistent guest experience that boosts loyalty and revenue for restaurant brands.

Sometimes faced a delay to talk to the sales person wherm support needed. Well I think this will also come up with an next update.
Rest I think it's pretty cool.

Olo ordering helped us get organized by prepping for incoming online orders - it also helped improve the customer experience, especially while other companies were already offering online ordering.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

Sometimes our wifi would go down making Olo useless - but that's not on Olo, more on our store manager

**What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Olo at my part time summer job scooping ice cream at cold stone - we were able to increase the number of people we served by using Olo online ordering

The backend and the way it's user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

When doing a refund, it's hard to calculate the refund. It's easy if you are refunding the entire order, but when doing just and one item it's not

40% of our business is online, so sales are much better having the app.

Olo has a ton of integrations, is the biggest player in the market, has solid up time and is a solid choice for anyone wanting to implement online ordering.

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

Pricing can definitely be an issue, and development timelines are long, but they are also at the cutting edge of integrations and online offing technology so it is not a big concern. Any "missing features" can often be overcome with api calls and custom development.

**What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Olo integrates with our entire tech stack while enabling online ordering with integrated loyalty.

**What do you like best about Olo?**

Olo allowed our company to introduce a preordering platform and streamline the custom aspect of our food business. For the most part, the backend of the platform proved to be incredibly user-friendly for our team and allowed us quite a bit of flexibility as to who could jump on and manage the system/menu. 

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

Ultimately, Olo couldn't keep up on an advanced tech level with other platforms offering an identical service. Olo often promised the introduction of features "in the next phase" of it's development but those promises were almost always empty. Prices continued to increase while the service itself stayed flatlining. In a consumer climate where everything needs to be possible and revolves entirely around convenience, failure to keep up can really cost a business from growing. 

**What problems is Olo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Olo met an immediate need our company had - to provide a preordering solution to our customers. Offering up this service has altered our day-to-day retail model in an extremely positive ways; this has given us a customer-base we never reached before. The convenience for the consumer and the knowledge our culinary team has as to what to have prepared prior to an order has introduced a mutually beneficial level of convenience.

I highly recommend OLO as it is an efficient system with an outstanding team behind it. We are able to work with the OLO team to accomplish many design, function, and add-on requests to better enhance the online ordering experience. 

**What do you dislike about Olo?**

I dislike the template limitations as there are a few seemingly easy things that we would like to add but have not been able to at this time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Olo:**

This is a sturdy platform with many great options - function, design, and ease of use.

We are solving many issues within the online ordering journey and have realized that thanks to the OLO partner, Empirical Path, we can enable tracking for the app, mobile OLO site, and desktop site.

This makes our online food ordering a breeze!! We have been able to integrate our Postmates, door dash, and Dennys on demand ordering into one and it automatically enters our KVS in the kitchen!

It’s not always perfect. Orders can get lost rarely.
