What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

The CRM solution I found is awesome as it helsp to make the buisness plan and helps to exceute the email campign to make the customer realtion with contact managemnt feature. What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

The components within Odoo are well blended together for different, but related, procedures so that it is easy to understand the flow of the procedure on a technical and functional level. The ability of the system to become the all-in-one area with respect to different types of commerce. In the same way that in terms of revenue, within our institution almost all sales related work from collection to delivery is united and dealt with. A simple to use interface that is simple to use and is simple to use with specific manuals at the time it is needed. If the guidance does not help you or you need further assistance, you have the possibility to use their email support equipment. Response time is 1 hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Because it is an open source program, Odoo can be updated more easily. However, it is difficult to find clear information for programmers on how to do this. There is quite a lot of data, however, it is not well classified. Some of the system's landing pages are not amenable to modification and editing by the user. For example, setting up a salesperson's workflow, which is displayed for each of the users who trade, although it is not mandatory for them to set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through the program you can enter four fully equipped bedrooms and their tools/assets. It is very easy, for example, to market the product to the end user and perform all the necessary actions, such as, for example, generating a quote account and easily sending the initial invoice, corroborating the purchase and assigning it to distribution. This is done in a very simple way and does not require a lot of effort if you are well coupled to the program. Also, the system is really fast and does not take too long to perform actions. It is the main ERP used by the company and mostly pertains to our sales department.
