"A flexible CRM if you want control and customization"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

Odoo CRM is extremely flexible and integrates tightly with the rest of the Odoo ecosystem. Instead of being just a standalone CRM, it connects naturally with sales, invoicing, inventory, and other business apps. That makes it powerful for companies that want a single platform to run multiple parts of their operations. The customization options and modular design are also a big advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

The flexibility can also mean a steeper learning curve compared with simpler CRMs. Some configuration and setup are required before teams get the most value from it. Documentation and support can vary depending on the implementation path, especially if a company is deploying multiple Odoo modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Features, Challenging Implementation"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I really like that Odoo CRM has a robust set of features that allow customers to add or subtract modules as needed. This flexibility helps manage our budgeting and operational costs. I appreciate how everything in Odoo ties together with the other sections, making modules like billing and projects interconnected for seamless information exchange. The ability to set up a custom dashboard is one of the best features, as it lets me focus on what I have a stake in, boosting productivity and saving time. Plus, having a full-fledged dark mode on their platform is a huge benefit for me. There are a ton of things that users can customize when it comes to the platform, making it extremely helpful in using only what you need and nothing you don't. This also helps when it comes to costs, as Odoo is a great option when it comes to users on a budget or those who don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an ERP platform. The Odoo platform is fairly open-source and customizable, but make sure that anyone you have rooting around in your system knows what they're doing. The ease of integration is something I wish were easier. Odoo has a steep learning curve when it comes to getting your team's setup completed, but once you do get the ball rolling and get the platform to a place where it's eventually usable, things get a bit easier. Our development team integrated Odoo with a couple of Google products, and the process was straightforward. I use the platform daily, and appreciate the simple, scaled-back design of the dashboard and UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Implementation is my biggest gripe with the platform. To get set up with Odoo and get everything dialed in took us way longer than we had originally planned for it to. We still find that we tweak things as we go with some modules. We found it's easier to say that our current setup is "good enough", instead of striving for perfection. The initial setup was not great. It was lengthy, confusing, labor-intensive, and costly. It went way longer than we anticipated it would, and we needed to bring in Odoo techs to help us, despite having our own developers on our staff. What I found hard to swallow was the fact that some of the Odoo customer support and support staff that we worked with seemed like they were learning about some aspects of the platform at the same time we were. When someone takes me through a process to implement software, having them do a Google Search for answers while on a screen share without realizing it is when I knew the entire onboarding process would be a problem. And it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Lead Management, Needs UI Tweaks"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I love using Odoo CRM for leads management as it allows me to easily manage all my leads in one place. The email marketing tools are a huge help, letting me send communication to customers in the easiest way. Odoo CRM makes it easier to process sharing leads, manage calls, and follow-up, effectively supporting an end-to-end marketing funnel. The initial setup was smooth and easy, making the transition to using the software hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I feel the ERP system is not beginner-friendly, so I think a better UI would help. The fonts and the placement of buttons are not relevant, making it difficult to approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Solution with Flexible Customization"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I like that Odoo CRM centralizes all the core business functions in one platform, with CRM, inventory management, sales, finance, supply chain, and product data all in one place. It's user-friendly and intuitive, and the dashboards and modules are easy to navigate. I appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows and reporting as the business scales, without needing multiple disconnected systems. Adding different modules based on business needs is easy, and it's all integrated with the same database. This makes it so much easier for the team to quickly access real-time data and stay aligned on priorities without heavy training or manual reporting. The integration means that information flows seamlessly between CRM, finance, inventory, and product development, which definitely improves decision-making, efficiency, and overall operational visibility. Also, the initial setup of Odoo CRM was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Certain modules require extra configuration to match specific business needs. More robust out-of-the-box templates and industry-specific workflows would be helpful to improve these modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Odoo CRM Makes Lead Tracking Effortless with a Visual, Time-Saving Pipeline"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

What I really like about Odoo CRM is how easy it makes tracking leads - everything's in one place instead of messy spreadsheets. The pipeline view is super visual and I can just drag deals between stages which saves me alot of time. Email integration works smoothly so I dont have to keep switching apps, and the mobile app is decent for when im out meeting clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

The reporting could be better honestly, sometimes i need specific data and have to export to excel which is annoying. Also the learning curve for some advanced features is bit steep, took our team while to figure out automation stuff. Price can add up quick if you need alot of users or want extra modules, wished the pricing was more transparent upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive CRM with Cost-Effective Pricing"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I found Odoo CRM to be quite intuitive, which made the setup process not very difficult. The availability of helpful articles and support from resellers like eased the implementation. I appreciate its ability to centralize client records, conversation history, and order history. The system's intuitive feature that allows listing commands using the backslash key is especially useful. I love its comprehensive search capabilities across all modules. The fact that it is available both in web and Windows versions adds to its convenience. Odoo CRM offers all modules and features for a single price per user, which is cost-effective and amazing compared to other CRM systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I am not satisfied with the mail client integration in Odoo CRM. It is not seamless, which means I cannot use a mail client to send an email and have that email recorded in Odoo automatically. The system requires me to send emails directly from Odoo to have them integrated, but then it does not synchronize with my existing mail client. Essentially, I must use Odoo as my main client to track emails, which is inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Quoting, Needs UI Improvement"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I like that Odoo CRM is easy to use once it's all set up, allowing us to send a quote right from the potential business section. It reduces the time between speaking to a client and them receiving the quote, which is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

The interface can be a little bit more user friendly and the initial setup was very time consuming due to the need to fill in and customize a lot of areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical, Efficient Expense Reporting with Accounting in One Place"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

What I like most about Odoo is that it centralizes accounting and expense management in one system. Submitting expense reports is straightforward, and everything is directly connected to accounting, which reduces manual work and errors. It’s practical and efficient for basic financial processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Odoo can feel complex when you only use a small part of it. Many features are not relevant for our use case, which makes the interface sometimes heavier than necessary. The expense module works well but could be more intuitive and faster to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Odoo CRM: real flexibility for B2B sales teams"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

What I liked most about Odoo CRM was how it truly managed to unite our business operations: from lead acquisition to follow-up, closing, and invoicing, all within the same ecosystem, without having to jump from platform to platform. The visual interface of the pipeline, the automatic assignment of activities, and the real-time reports gave us immediate clarity on the status of opportunities and bottlenecks. Additionally, the fact that it integrates out of the box with other Odoo modules — sales, inventory, invoicing — saves us a lot of manual reconciliations and reduces errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Now then, not everything is perfect. The first phase of implementation was a bit uphill for the team: some colleagues took time to get familiarized and a lot of time had to be dedicated to training. We also noticed that certain more sophisticated functions (for example, specific external integrations or highly customized workflows) require development or technical intervention, which increases the cost and adjustment time. In scenarios with a lot of data and active modules, the platform can feel a bit slow or heavy if it is not well optimized. But overall, these frictions have not been enough to overshadow the value it brings to the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

It’s open source, which means it’s free and can be extended to any length. It also offers a high degree of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Initial setup is tedious and a little time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
