I enjoy how the team at ObservePoint always keeps the platform updated with new features that make it easier to pinpoint pain points, especially with websites that contain a lot of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Crawling the site just with the Domain Input is awesome.
2. Include & exclude filters helps the business to add/ignore the relevant URLs while scanning.
3. Scheduler makes out life easier by re-running the audits at recurring intervals.
4. Rules and alerts help the business to understand the changes then & thereby.

1. Running scans separately for different environments of the same domains i.e. Dev, Staging & Production.
2. While creating rules to compare the OP values against the expected, if there is an option to upload the files, it would be awesome.

ObservePoint gives us automated analytics testing & tag governance for our web applications. It effectively verifies the accuracy of data collected on our website/mobile application through its segment integration provisions. Debugging of events is convenient as it provides real-time responses and we can also track multiple track requests simultaneously. It automatically performs tag scanning on our website for evaluating if the tag is broken, missing or present as a duplicate so that we can solve the issue quickly. ObservePoint doesn't have much of any drawbacks which will lead to disliking the product. Its significant feature includes the convenience of devices & browser agents support which further enhances our website audit & data governance. Tag audits and the epic amounts of data it returns! I can clearly see the overall performance of the site, tags that are broken, and third-party vendors that I may not use anymore.
The other tool I love is - the tag initiator. It's awesome to be able to see a graphical mapping of when/where tags are initiated. Perfect for performance debugging and tag audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exports are great and provide large amounts of data; however, sometimes it's a bit much when all you want to do is look at a small part.
The other thing that I wish you could do is, download the tag initiator data. If you are looking at a single page in order to trouble, it would be fantastic to export that data out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I provides a nice interface to setup scans and then verify that data collection is working. I use it as an independent third-party to verify what I see in reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest selling point to me has been the automation with seeing when items fail, as well as the great customer service the reps provide. We've had several account managers through the years, and everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the notifications don't pull enough info, but overall, good platform. I have also noticed that when you uncheck the send notifications button, notifications will still send if you have an email in the box below. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Failed page implementation UI is very attractive
Setting the user action in a Audit or Journey is quite good, so that i need to worry about my cookie acceptance been selected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot send the failed rule pages as an alert.
I am not able to schedule the alert with the new UI
