I have been a Nubank user for two years. I think the last few years were challenging. Since they started to grow as a company, some things were left aside; for instance, you have to pay a lot to cash some money. What I do dislike about Nubank is how it treats its clients in cases of fraud, robbery, theft and kidnapping. I, myself, have never suffered from any of these, but I've read news about people losing a lot of money and having a really hard time with the company in getting their money back. In many cases, so far as I have heard, they couldn't even manage to get their money back. Client servicing is great - at least when I needed them.
Also, branding - I feel there's an intangible benefit of being their client (the brand looks and sounds cool). This is by no means the most important aspect I consider when reviewing a bank, but worth mentioning in this case because they do it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my point of view, Nubank does not provide all services a bank should (at least, not in the best manner). For me, it is just a simple account with one or another add-on. For instance, their investment platform is not complete, rewards programm is far from competitors, no international account, no real-estate financing, etc.
Also, they are forcing their loan service (communication about it is quite intrusive), I after reading many reviews online I have several security concerns about leaving my money with them (that's why I have basically $0 dollars there).

I enjoy how simple they are. Everything is incredibly simple to perform within the app. While other banks struggle to perform simple tasks (a excellent example is Bradesco, whose app just feels terrible). Everything in the Nubank app is easy and objective, and you don't have to go to a physical agency to obtain answers on what you need to do.

So, I no longer feel safe utilizing the Nubank account. If you look at the comments on Twitter and Linkedin, you will notice people who lost a lot of money because their system did not reject suspicious debit or credit card transactions. If someone stole my phone or credit card, I would have to go through a lot of red tape to prove that these were not transactions performed by me, and in most circumstances, Nubank does not give your money back, but other banks (such as Itau) do.
My brother experienced the same issue; someone simply stoled his phone and used thousands of reais (4 transactions with the same amount of money, at the same location, during the night) and they did not ban the transactions or return his money.
