Notified is a very user friendly platform with excellent customer support making our use of the platform a real breeze. The platform is very dependable, so I am not afraid to use the schedule press release feature as I know that the press release will go out at the scheduled time. Our customer support manager has always been extremely helpful to us when we have a request. Especially during our Full year press release period. There is limited possibility of formatting in the press release body, I think this is limited to only making things bold, italic or underlined, however in some cases it would really help if we can add the same colour style we have applied to our press release. The Notified website has gone very smoothly for the 2 webcast calls I've been a part of on the day of the event.
I'd say the best part about the website is the flexibility and availability of our service manager, Sean O'Callaghan. He is very responsive, answers questions quickly and will schedule/reschedule our events on a turn of a dime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because the rest of my website sits on another platform, I have two analytics tools so it's impossible to know what our total traffic to the overall site is. I have Investors page analytics in Adobe and then the rest of the site with Google analytics. You can't simply add the two together for total traffic which is a challenge in reporting. We have used Notified for many years as the provider for our Investor website and to distribute company press releases etc., and we have always been happy with the service. We believe that we have one of the best and most accessible IR sites among our peers which is highly due to Notified. I have rarely had a request that Notified could not fulfill in terms of our Investor site. We have a good cooperation with the team helping us with all our big and small updates of the website - a big thank you to Sviatlana who always deliver a good job supporting us (even if is early in the morning when we release results). Very few things to point out here. Maybe that after using the platform for some years, there are still things on our investor site I'm not capable of updating myself as the process it not completely intuitive. But then on the other hand, I have rarely felt the need to do major updates myselfs. As pointed out, the customer relations team (Sviatlana) is quick and efficient, so this is not a major dislike. Patience and responsiveness. Working with the entire Notified team and espeically my main point of contact (Rachel Smith) is always fantastic. Rachel is quick to respond to questions and makes herself available to walk me through all aspects of production. Given there is no room for error when it comes to webcasts/conf calls for publicy traded companies, I'm super appreciative to have Rachel/Notfied as my partner in ensuring these forums go-off without a hitch.
