**What do you like best about Presspage?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, the onboarding and implementation process was very clear, smooth, and efficient. However, the most valuable component are the people, expecially Customer Support - they are fast, extremely friendly, and always super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Soemtimes if you copy a large volume of text that contains specific styling from Word it can be a bit messy.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it much easier and faster to publish news and press releases and to distribure them via email. It also makes it possible to schedule publications in the future, which is very convinient.

Fairly easy to use and the team is what makes it more special. Especially Irsa who's always responsive and supportive in times of queries, big and small.

Could have done with more access to our newsroom but I think that was initially agreed upon by the company

The system is so easy to use and very intuitive. The team behind the system is also very accessible and helpful if you need guidance. We have been with Presspage for a number of years and there's a reason why we don't change to a new supplier - because it works and is stress-free!

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Sometimes the modules leave a lot of space between one another and I would like them to be more compact and tighter together.

Our company owned website does not have a press centre so presspage provides us with an easy to use platform to house our news and distribute to the media.

**What do you like best about Presspage?**

PressPage is user-friendly for any PR team.  Fits right into your web, with your "look and feel" allowing editorial content to be all in one place. Stories, photos, and video are easy to upload and share across the board to social media and journalists, bloggers, clients and stakeholders.  PressPage has lots of extras like email, a global media database, sign up forms and lots of different modules you can pick and choose whether or not to use. Being able to add downloadable video for VNR distribution is very useful. Adding PDF or WORD- for those who want to read offline-  audio or SlideShare makes a release that much more interesting. No need for IT knowledge to manage the platform nor for the end user is key for both. PressPage speeds up workflow for everyone, saving tons of time. At the support end, the personalized attention is very appreciated. 

Plus, Presspage keeps the software up to date, adds on new tools to keep up with digital needs for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Not much I don´t like... maybe for VNR distribution, 1 GB video isn´t quite enough.

The platform is very user-friendly; and no matter the size of your operation, your online newsroom looks as though you have multiple staff contributing various content based on how you design that resource for varied end-users.

Currently, there's nothing I dislike about the platform. PressPage continues to make improvements, and they have dedicated customers among the DMC Media Relations team.

The online newsroom is more robust than anything we've ever had before and appears to attract more traffic to news stories, events listings, etc. They have now added a feature that allows you to switch your newsroom to a one-page real-time generated messaging page during a crisis that takes news media and other end-users directly to the messaging you need to communicate fast and effectively.

PressPage is a great tool for teams maintaining their own newsrooms. It provides the right level of customization with easy-to-use modules. 

Email templates look professional and performance metrics and invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

The media manager lacks the ability to organize files more efficiently. Being required to use titles and descriptions that also serve as file names is limiting.

Our department's digital team is small and too busy to also maintain a newsroom website. PressPage gives our media relations team, which doesn't have any specialized web/digital training or skills, the ability to manage a well-designed, UX-foward newsroom to serve media well.

The excellent customer success team behind the software easily managed it to create the newsroom that completely fits to our needs.

I can't speak of dislike, the only point that is not yet ideally implemented for us is the subscription module, but I am confident that there will be a perfect solution for this as well.

The CMS used for our websites did not offer the possibility of a fully functional newsroom. Presspage has closed the gap here and offers a software that even newcomers can understand in no time.

PressPage's system is easy to use, handles well and combines various possibilities in one product. This eliminates the need to use parallel systems from different vendors.

There are a lot of features, that are still in development. So that means, there is a lot on the roadmap, why it sometimes takes a while until the new features are available.

The platform’s flexibility and ease of use make it a great tool to have content out there easily and quickly. Customization is also key to our company. Customer service is among the best!

Nothing specifically. There is a lot of data and information, as well as features I probably haven't discovered yet - which is not a negative at all but require time and, in some cases, guidance

As a professional cycling team, we depend upon sponsors, which usually change yearly. We love PressPage's functionality to customize our releases' template, as well as our Press page, which allows us to update sponsors' logos and give the current sponsors the right visibility.

I love how PressPage integrated our current website into our news page. It is seamless. The team at PressPage is also very helpful and has customized our newsroom exactly how we need it. We have been able to create a newsroom that fits our needs, effortlessly.

The image sizing for header images can be difficult sometimes. Once the press release is no longer the "featured" press release the sizing of the image gets distorted.

I would reccomend PressPage to any comany  that sends out news and press releases to the public. It is a great platform and super easy to use.

It makes it easy for us to get our press releases out to our customers and archive them. It also seamless integrates out website with our news room making it look cohesive and professional.

I find the interface really intuitive and easy to use - it's really simple and well thought-out. It takes me about two minutes to upload a news story now!

Uploading images to each story twice is a bit of a pain -  could be simpler, ie upload it and select it to appear both on the page and the news menu at the same time. But that is a minor gripe!

The tool is bery intuitive, it doesn't take hours to be able to use it. It's like an Apple product : it does what you want without causing a headache.

Sometimes the formatting can be a bit tricky (using a smaller font for example can be a bit harder than it would be on Word).

**What do you like best about Presspage?**

PressPage is a robust and powerful online news platform that is very easy to use. The ability to customize modules means you can set up your newsroom to fit your needs. Not only do you have the ability to quickly share via social channels but you also have the ability to highlight portions of a story and use that as the body of your social posts. You don't need to have a technical background to use which means you can focus more on producing the best written piece possible and not about laying it out for the web.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

I'm very much into data and analytics. PressPage has a quality reporting module but it highlights only the basic metrics such as visits, new vs returning, and referring websites. I'd like to see a deeper dive into the impact of pieces, such as social shares and other measures of engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering Presspage:**

The PressPage team is very accommodating when considering the product. They are available to answer your questions and set up a trial. They work to understand what you're trying to accomplish and show you how PressPage can help.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PressPage has allowed us to become our own online newsroom. We use it to share the pieces that we feel are most impactful to our goals and objectives. We also encourage media to use it to better understand what's going on at our college. We provide a media center with information for media outlets to leverage in their reporting efforts. As traditional papers dwindle it is important for us to still have an outlet to share our news. PressPage allows us to do this.

**What do you like best about Presspage?**

PressPage is very easy to use for our entire Media Relations team whose skills vary. The site is really easy to use. We can post stories very easily and update as necessary. If we do have a question, our account manager - or any member of the support staff - is extremely responsive. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

It would be nice if the statistics page was a little more robust, but I believe the PressPage team is working on addressing that. Would be nice to be able to email our media contacts through the platform, which I believe is also being worked on.

**Recommendations to others considering Presspage:**

I would highly recommend PressPage. We reviewed and had pitches from other platforms and picked PressPage - and haven't regretted it one bit! 

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to tell a broad audience about what is going on at OSF HealthCare and offer a variety of media assets through our newsroom. We have 12 hospitals in the state of Illinois and one in the UP of Michigan. Some are major media areas, others are more rural - ALL have decreasing staffs which makes getting to us for coverage more and more difficult. Our newsroom lets us bring the story - and appropriate media assets - too them. We are getting better media coverage thanks to PressPage and our newsroom. Members of the media have mentioned how nice it is to be able to find the basic things - logos, photos, even soundbites - on the newsroom. We even tie-in our internal messaging to the newsroom story where appropriate, eases the workload on the internal communications team, too.

Very easy to use, every digital no-no can do the job once all is configurated and setup. Fast, idiot proof, SEO optimized. Imo one of the best tools out there. Next to the technical part, great customer service and very quick followup on questions, usually within a few hours.

You need to invest a day of two to get to know the tool and the work process.

We came across PressPage by accident, and implementing it for our press releases was one of the best projects we did in this are to date. Working with the PressPage team is straightforward, they are extremely customer-focused, their support is the fastest I have ever experienced in any IT-based service, and the solution is continuously developed further.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Nothing yet, after about a year working with PressPage.

Have a look and think about all the kinds of "news" you may want to publish online. The RSS feed feature of any news category is very powerful and allows you to use PressPage as a single database for all your news, of which you may only show some on certain parts of your website, utilising RSS-feed-based elements.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First we only wanted to bring our corporate press releases into the 21st century. We did this and more: Our press releases got much more reach than ever, and we expand on what we use PressPage for. We have already implemented a blog and will use it for any kind of news from our business areas. And all of this at running costs lower than our previous press release circulation solution.

At the time when we selected PressPage, our current web CMS couldn’t support any newsroom functionality. PressPage had an intuitive UI that allows you to customize what you want, and easily brand the  newsroom design so it looks like a cohesive part of your website and not a separate entity

**What do you like best about Presspage?**

PressPage makes it easy to distribute news releases to all of our interested parties from the local media to our staff. Because it isn't hosted on our websites CMS it's easily customizable during a crisis or for the day to day releases. 

PressPage makes it easy to integrate photos, videos and social media into the release so that releases are more than just text. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

PressPage is a great product but more integrations with social media platforms and more robust crisis communication tools. Alongside that I'd like to add that they're working on these things so I expect they will improve over the next year. 

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PressPage scales with the traffic so in a crisis PressPage can handle whatever we throw at it. Moreover because it doesn't involve the websites CMS I don't need IT approval for content to post.

Our PressPage newsroom provides a central, easily searchable site for our content. The Media Library is a particularly valuable tool for our organization for both internal and external users.

**What do you like best about Presspage?**

I love the ability to include photographs, videos and attachments that will help media professionals and stakeholders. Really makes our media releases more compelling and likely to garner coverage. Additionally, with the RSS feed, we are able to sync the feed to an email list to send out custom newsletters to regents, faculty and staff with the latest news. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Featuring a particular story on our main feed is not as intuitive as it could be, but very simple once you learn the process.

**Recommendations to others considering Presspage:**

If you have a lot of video and photography assets to accompany your press releases, you will really love Press Page. Additionally, if you can also highlight the events/news within your website's content management system, you'll find that it can help streamline processes.

We have a spot to archive press releases, and we also integrate Press Page with our website CMS to populate a news and events section.

PressPage is a great platform for us to develop our newsroom and showcase the great stories of our college.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Some aspects are not as intuitive as others, and as such, I tend to stick with some tried-and-true practices instead of exploring new ways of presenting stories due to time issues.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been an easy way for us to distribute stories to media and also encourage them to look around on the newsroom page for other items that may be of interest.

From start to finish -- including customer service, training and implementation -- PressPage has been wonderful to work with and we're thrilled with the final product, which is a beautiful and clean-looking online newsroom for our company website and an easier way to distribute communications.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

While most of the program is very intuitive, there are some quirks or features (such as adding captions to photos), that were hard to figure out and still seem a little clunky. But the basics, such as posting a story or moving sections around, are incredibly easy.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not only made it much easier for our entire Communications team to post stories to our online newsroom, but our distribution of press releases is now much more efficient and easy to track than our previous method of traditional email distribution.

It does Download quickly.  So most of my friends like it.  They say it was really  easy and reliable  on business task and support.

I was just not my cup of tea.. for the line of work  I do reason why its because as an Avon representative I have to review  all kinds software to be able to properly promote my  estore page and inventory.

As for me I probably needed it more assistance  from  press page. Every experience is different  my friends from Avon love it. So I  probably I have to try it again

My inventory  list  ...to have a diagram of it like example listing of what Avon products I have available

I like the comprehensive capabilities of PressPage.  From custom built templates to the ability to schedule and automate publishing, the platform gives the ability for our company to independently manage content

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Some items are a little difficult to understand at first (like many platforms). It takes awhile to understand what's available and how to use it (newsroom vs. creating content, they look the same). 

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to publish content easily (and in a user-friendly way) outside of our drupal website. Many of our colleagues don't have the knowledge to do this - PressPage solved this by being a user-friendly platform for our department to publish press releases and blogs quickly.

What we like the best is how PressPage seamlessly fits over our already established website. There is fully consistency from a branding standpoint and users cannot see that they are switching from our platform into the PressPage system. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

We have to change our template (header and footer) frequently due to sponsor changes. While PressPage is extremely responsive in making any updates to our template, it sometimes would be easier if we could change the logos ourselves.

**Recommendations to others considering Presspage:**

From a user's standpoint, PressPage seamlessly overlays our established website and from the backend, integration and learning the system was very straightforward. Additionally, the PressPage help team is remarkably responsive and always extremely friendly and easy to work with.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to integrate our press page to highlight external stories while also including our own internal press releases has been amazing. Additionally by being able to distribute our press releases from within the PressPage system to journalists means we were able to eliminate going to an external site.

The PressPage tech support team is a force.  They are quick to acknowledge support requests and very open to exploring options for solving any needs I have as a client--even if it means creating workaround solutions.  I cannot speak highly enough about their support access, conscientiousness, professionalism, and "let's see if we can do it" attitude.

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

The only area for improvement I'd make is that I think the reporting feature could be more robust--but the support team can resolve much of this need with a custom Google analytics dashboard.  And there are features here and there we'd like to see, but we understand our needs don't necessarily map to the funnel or priorities of PressPage's larger customer base and current development map.  They do seem to take note of our needs. If they can address them, they do so very quickly. If not, they are forthright.

**Recommendations to others considering Presspage:**

Look at all they have to offer beyond a newsroom service.  Might be beneficial to use them for more than a newsroom platform (e.g., blog, web campaign pages).

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PressPage solves our need for a third party host and provider for our company's newsroom.  I have been impressed how they have helped us use our newsroom platform in circumstances when our blog platform couldn't.

A newsroom has finally been built and designed to be another member of the Marketing and PR team. User-friendly, efficient and no need for IT to be involved. 

2018 saw PR, Marketing, Advertising roll into one. Social Media has become mainstream and CCO's are taking on a major role in companies. Reaching out and attracting the traditional media, TV, influencers, bloggers, employees, clients, stakeholders is a priority.  In 2019, interesting content and intuitive technology will be a main concern. 

Where does PressPage come into to the equation? PressPage has all you need to become a publisher. 

The user- friendly platform makes your workflow easy to upload and share video, audio, press notes, pictures, infographics, Slideshare, pdf documents... All in one place, drag and drop, from any device, 24/24. The download for the user is very simple too. 

PressPage comes with lots of different modules for social sharing, RSS, buttons for sign up and polls and email. PressPage has recently added a media database with over 80,000 worldwide contacts. 

SEO and Analytic friendly, PressPage comes with metrics to measure and track results. PressPage fits seamlessly into your web, with your look and feel. The technical team is quick to react and offer personalized attention. Updates are automatic and new features are constantly being added. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Maybe, it would be nice to have more than 1GB for video. This would useful for VNR distribution. A little more alphabetical order on the email lists and media manager...

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User-friendly... No need for any IT knowledge. Great for keeping all our content in one place. Easy distribution for VNR content to television and online media. Being able to easily upload video, audio and photographs to share from the media library without the help of an editor or IT make PressPage unique.

The access to images in Media Manager. You have to scroll to locate images if the word search suffice. WordPress' image access is great example of a preferred way of previously used locating images.

I find the options to view statistics in Presspage too limited, especially the details. The options to repost on social media are limited in the sense that, for example, on Twitter you can use many more characters and on LinkedIn you can also add tags and photos, etc. In practice, we therefore do not always repost directly on social media.

The benefits mainly lie in collaborating within one system. The user-friendliness.

When it Comes to News, time is critical. A Newsroom System has to be easy to work with, if you want to add News within minutes. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Any System that is easy is - to some extend - also unflexible. So if yu want to add a lot of Pictures or different text formating to your News, the System might be limited. But for us, isimplicity was more importnat than extrem flexibility.

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our corporate Website does not offer the posiibility to add News in a nice and fast page. Presspage as a microsite alows us to do this.

It's so easy, yet so complex. The Press Page platform is so intuitive that it is simple to learn the basics. Within 20 minutes, I was posting our stories without any help or doubt. What I mean by complex is that I am still learning new tricks, seven months after our launch. 

**What do you dislike about Presspage?**

Now I am learning the distribution end of the platform and it's intuitive as well. No complaints. Wouldn't count this as a dislike, but it would be nice to have a more robust template for press release distribution. 

**What problems is Presspage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our unique visits went from 900 a month to 13,000 a month in these seven months since we launched.
