Good product for collecting user's feedback effectively. It intergrated seamlessly with Trello and Slack. Overall it solves the problem very well.

I subscribed this product due to the perfect review on here. I paid for a 1 year subscription, but after 2 months using it, I opted for not renewing. I assumed that if I cancelled the renewal, I will still be able to access Nolt for 10 more months which I have paid for. The support is virtually non existence, just bot and automatic messages. I was very pleased with the tool as it is very simple to use. Initially, there was a feature that was impairing the experience for out customers by forcing them to create an account with the Nolt service, however after a feedback email to the Nolt team, they resolved the problem - now I do not have any additoanl critical feedback.
