"Increased Client-Facing Transparency Tenfold & Offered Stellar Customer Service"

What do you like best about Noloco?

The guys at Noloco have completely revolutionized the transparency with which we are able to present project information to our clients. The Noloco platform allowed us to create a bespoke portal through which clients can see and update their billing information, see a live stream of the status of their projects, schedule calls with their project managers and so. much. more.

Not only have our current clients raved about the portal, but it's been a very effective hook for prospective clients as well. It's not been uncommon for our leads to mention not finding that level of transparency with any other agency.

The cherry on top is the customer service we receive from Darragh and Simon. We have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response, and bug fixes and feature requests are typically implemented within just *hours* of us sending an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noloco?

Since the platform is *so* robust, it can be difficult to navigate sometimes, as a layperson with low working knowledge of code, APIs, etc. That said, the guys at Noloco are routinely available for clarification and explanation. Once features and workflows are explained, they're always understood and easy to replicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Noloco solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transparency for our clients was our number 1 concern. Before Noloco, our Project Managers had to bear the responsibility of providing updates on project progress. Since a single PM is responsible for multiple projects, we couldn't expect them to possibly give all of their clients the full picture of their project at all times. It also significantly streamlined our process for providing biweekly progress updates. Prior to the build of our client portal, we were fragmented between Docs, Sheets, Asana, and more. The time I spend assembling those biweekly updates has gone from about 2 to 3 hours, to just under an hour, at most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Noloco?

Noloco is a relatively easy-to-learn no-code web application builder. It's like webflow for web apps. Overall I really like how easy it is to get started and how generally intuitive it is to build (much more than Bubble). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noloco?

It's a bit slow to search users and sometimes the Airtable database doesn't sync quickly, but overall I would say those are very minor concerns and the Noloco team works very quickly to resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Noloco:

What do you like best about Noloco?

It is simple to use, loaded with features, and the team has incredible velocity in pushing out new features and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. It's a young company so expect some minor issues but the team has been making huge leaps week after week on all aspects of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Noloco:

Give yourself some time learning through their tutorials and don't hesitate to reach out to the team - the learning curve isn't steep but there's loads of value just under the surface if you invest a bit of energy up front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Noloco?

Clean UI, great customization, and the best support team I've ever experienced with any software. Feature rollouts sometime 4-5 times a week, even 2 times a day at some points. Bright future for this team and product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noloco?

Lack of database options currently forces you into Airtable, when scale maybe an issue, it's something to think about with Airtables natural limitations. Support for Postgres is coming and I think that will solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Beautiful UI / UX by default

- 3rd party modules (Google Drive, Stripe, Quickbooks)

- Zapier integrations

- Google Sign-in

- Full page iFrames

- External APIs with support for OAuth 2.0
