What do you like best about Noggin?

My team and I have found the product easy to use and importantly easy to make changes in. Unlike with our previous solution, we can now make our own changes in Noggin, (rather than sending them out to the vendor,) test those changes in UAT (user acceptance testing), and then push them to the live environment. One of the biggest benefits of adding Noggin for Business Continuity wasn’t just familiarity, though. We also gained efficiency using Noggin for both functions. That speaks to the product’s flexibility; it’s one tool that does many things well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noggin?

The difference between a lite user and full user can somtimes cause problems as Lite Users dont have access to all the features of the Noggin 2.0 system. At times people need to be upgraded to a Full User but only require it for a couple of functions and dont use all the other functinality, that comes with a Full User licence and this has a finacial cost. What do you like best about Noggin?

It is flexible, updates records in real time while sending out notifications which help us manage any events or incidents better. Overall it is easy to use even for the not so tech-savvy users. Great customer support and implementations team who can help with issues and any new changes both.

It allows you to integrate with quite a few other applications and create some reallly useful dashboards.

We use it heavily at our organization and we like the fact that Noggin keeps improving the product with enhancements and new features taking customer feedback into consideration.

Noggin system has been stable and is very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noggin?

Cannot think of a downside which is major but would be great if they can provide a the customers with a rodamap for every quarter which tells us about the new features planned to be released in the quarter.

Currently they have the release notes section but it only tells us what has been released. We would like to know in advance what is going to be released in the coming quarter so it helps us to use those features and plan ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Noggin?

We first engaged with Noggin during the summer through our vendor selection process and RFP, which was an extremely long process due to the amount of due diligence and corporate governance that we are required to go through. We worked directly with the Sales Executive as our first point of contact who was absolutely brilliant and understanding when we were asking some very long, complex questions or required Noggin to return a lot of detail to support the contracting process.

When engaged with Noggin during the above, they couldn't do enough to support us and our procurement team commented that they were the best third party provider they have ever worked with - warm, friendly and hospitable.

In terms of the software itself, from an implementation point of view, we like the no-code-change functionality which allows us complete freedom to build the tool in the way that we want to build it. Having worked with a lot of other SaaS providers, they tend to force their methodology onto a business and can be quite inflexible in their approach - not so with Noggin who are super flexible and open to new ideas and ways of doing things.

Noggin have a can-do attitude and all of our experiences to date have been entirely positive, even though we are very early on in our implementation of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noggin?

The Operational Resilience module, which is still quite new, is slightly immature and requires some further development to meet all of our needs and requirements to meet our objectives. However, some of the missing features are already in the development pipeline or will be built during our implementation process. Other than that, nothing negative to say! What do you like best about Noggin?

The user friendly interface is fresh and modern giving functionality that we didn't observe in other platforms considered for this project. With Noggins help we are launching our BRMS with a phase 1 focus on BIA's and BC's but knowing that in Phase 2 we will expand into IM & CM. It is giving us a platform in which our Business Resilience Champions will want to work.

It also has huge potential for adoption by Safety & Security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Noggin?

Noggin has effectively streamlined our operations with their communication system. Their implementation has greatly enhanced our team's collaboration and communication.

What I appreciate most about Noggin is their commitment to understand our project needs and customizing the solution to seamlessly integrate into our workflow. The system they've deployed has significantly improved our ability to share information and coordinate tasks.

Moreover, the implementation team has been highly responsive and helpful whenever we've encountered issues or had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Noggin?

It has a modern, user-friendly look & feel. It is very consistent in its design. A non-programmer admin can very easily make small changes, and fairly easily create extra objects, forms, dashboards, and workflows. That means that simple forms and communications between teams can be delivered quickly, increasing the system's usefulness, adoption, and uses. The company is frequently and regularly adding little bits of improvement. The system plays well with other systems. It works better with a semi-dedicated resource internally or paying for their design/execution services, but even with limited time recently I have been able to keep it developping internally. They have always been very responsive when I have a problem, whether it's a bug or a configuration issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noggin?

Because of it's extreme flexibility, that obviously requires a lot of thinking and design up front. which is more difficult to do when you haven't been digging into the system. So a thorough review of the company's design for the system should also be included after some time, as a second step - if you're not going with basically out-of-the-box.
