Considering everything is in one place! So it will take some time to understand the entire functionality and basic functioning of NobelBiz. Though this is not a NEGATIVE, it will still take some time to set it upright. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Due to a better connectivity rate, we can handle outbound calls in a much better fashion. The answering machine detection is robust, which results in better data penetration. In addition, all the call recordings and evaluations are in the same system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NobelBiz OMNI+?

The support team. The professionalism is outstanding. There has not been one task we have requested from the support team that they didn't find a way to make it happen for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downfall I found so far is that the script interface is not plug and play friendly. I did request a better more user-friendly templated version of this from the team and they are aware of this issue and stated its on the road map to be reworked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of the user interface. Agent and Manager portals. It's very easy for the agents to recognize the incoming, queued, abandoned calls. Helps the team maintain SLA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
