NMG TechnologiesX has been a tremendous help and has lifted some of the heavy load we've had in the last year. Looking at what we've been able to accomplish, there's zero chance that we'd have been able to do it without the NMG team.
Since the beginning, they've helped with a tremendous amount of the QA work, and they've jumped into the data engineering work — we don't have the resources internally to do all that.
Thanks to their support, our engineers can focus on the migration. Having NMG's resources working on some migration tasks and data ingestions has pushed us to where we're getting close to completion. The only issue we've had is that, at times, we've had a few people that have rolled off our project unexpectedly, whether it's by their own choice or NMG's. This is both a bad and a good thing. For one, it does happen that we haven't consistently had the same person for some projects, and we've had to replace them with a new resource.

We've presented our pitch to test groups of consumers from various ages, including racing professionals. Our consumers adore our branding idea and the direction our brand is taking. I've also had to present the branding to our whole company, including the executive team and our financial partners, who are third parties. Everybody is on the same page. Our new branding is visually striking and more aligned with what we're trying to achieve.

I would say their communication is good. NMG is interactive. Even though they're thousands of miles away in India, it feels like they're still part of our team, in a virtual office. That's something I would consider unique. They're good people, easy to work with. Honestly, I haven't worked with too many providers in the past, but that's something that stands out.
