
I like how it brings every piece of your client management and sales pipeline together in one clean, user-friendly platform. The dashboard is refreshingly well-organized; you get a clear overview of your clients, deals, tasks, invoices, and products without drowning in tabs or menus. Automations are a highlight—building out workflows for emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, appointment setting, or even pipeline moves is intuitive, and integration with tools like Zapier makes connecting to your other apps a breeze. Email tracking isn’t fully fleshed out yet—I’d love to see better records of sent and received messages directly within the CRM. The app occasionally requires a little exploration to find specific details (like communication logs), but updates are frequent and the support team is prompt and helpful whenever you hit a snag.
