What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I've used many CRM systems over the years. When I opened my own company I wanted a tool that cuts through the noise, comprehensive for my business needs and something I could start using immediately. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

When you are trying to juggle a few thousand leads you absolutely need a CRM. Nimble provided me a low cost, powerful solution to do just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes you will get the wrong person when you upload a new lead. It is a little difficult to get rid of the photo even when you get rid of the social platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have too many leads to keep track of. Nimble lets me plan my week based on the actions I put in the notes for my leads. Everyday, I get an emal telling me everything I need to do and exactly who I need to contact based on previous notes. I like Nimble's ease of connecting the different social media platforms and automatically populating the data into Nimble. I like the dashboard and its customization capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease in establishing networks of contacts with clients. Within the industry, the truth is that it is not bad at all when it comes to communicating with potential clients or contacts, it is something to be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A bit lacking when it comes to going further in relationships compared to others. If we compare it with other applications that offer the same use, it leaves much to be desired, I would have added a bit more substance in basic aspects for an application of these characteristics. The truth is that it has not been of great help to me when it comes to doing my work efficiently, as I have mentioned before it is a step behind its competitors, perhaps its simple interface has been somewhat beneficial when using the application but far from pleasing me and my colleagues.
