Similar user face online as well as in the app. Fields are easy to enter and able to detect duplicates. Contacts synch to their social media accounts. Can also upload/download to Mailchimp for newsletters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Medium learning curve to figure out Tags and how to log "touches" with contacts. Logging touches is confusing and each one has to be entered a certain way. So much of business today is conducted via social media that it's suicidal not to have it integrated with your other business applications. Nimble is one of the new breed of CRM applications that doesn't need an integration because the social is already baked in. The social management tools are quite good (and getting better), but the actual CRM functions are still a bit plain. I don't use them personally, but I can't recommend Nimble for companies with especially large and/or complex requirements for their system of record. Of course, Nimble is targeted at small-medium businesses, so this issue is mitigated somewhat. Nimble CRM isn't bad, but it's not the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface of the dashboard is the best of any CRM I have worked with. I like seeing the most recent deals and most recent contacts when you are pulled up on the dashboard. A lot of people do not know about Nimble but I think its data management and email tracking stack up to any other CRM on the market. I think the vibrant dashboard makes the user friendly experience something that translates to quality management of key customers. The pipeline interface is very easy to follow, but I wish there was a running list of closed accounts that appeared on the page. I want to see the history of closed deals. I wish Nimble could do more success story features in their webinars. I feel we get a lot of tips from people inside Nimble but I would like to hear back from Nimble Users who have found a way to make the best of the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the integration. From social media to emails attached to contacts. I can use on my mobile device or computer and easily share a contact, email a contact, create a task and assigns to contact. LOVE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike so far is the 2gb allowance. I get a ton of emails in my inbox and have to delete so space it's used up. I know there is probably a better way, however, so busy right now I don't have time to call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble provides a dynamic and user-friendly interface. It allows you to customize almost everything, it is a great application. I am delighted with the features of Nimble Prospector, it really saves you a lot of time and offers you relevant and quality information.
