Nimble gives us the tools to invest our time effectively. I spend more time building relationships with clients than registering contact data. Automates logging tasks that take a long time, and that is very useful.
Segmentation and social search functions allow us to select more receptive audiences to carry out marketing campaigns. Ease to establish contact networks with clients. Within the world the truth is that it is not bad at the time to communicate with potential customers or contacts, is something that is appreciated.
I find out about my prospects and my present customers with this as an interpersonal organization. I don't sit idle returning and forward between stages. This does everything! Office 365 integration - that was number one to avoid double entry of calendar appointments
Email tracking was important and that works well, but you can't have full HTML signatures like in outlook.
Also important was a kanban pipeline with drag & drop - Nimble does this but site does not make full use of screen width so you get a horizontal scroll bar and white space on each side.
Keep in touch with contacts by setting reminders at user defined time intervals.
Visual aging of opportunities, frame changes color if they stay stagnant over user defined period of time.
Well priced.

Website is not responsive so it doesn't make full use of the width of your screen.
It does not support sales teams (2 people share an opportunity) and commission splits.
There is no lead-tracking feature tied to opportunities. Lead tracking is tied to contacts. I can't report on lead sources for all my opportunities.

The best feature of Nimble is its ability to drill down and find social media and web sites for leads you enter or simply find on a website. Outstanding tool set using a web browser plug in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike in Nible is its hard to find notes that you make on each client. A search tool that actually brings up notes on clients by keyword search would be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is easy to schedule appointments with other staff members and make shareable calendar events. I also like that it is easy to link my Facebook and Linkedin to this program, as well other staff members accounts. I love Nimble. I am still learning how to use all it offers for my agency, but, I can definitely see the benefits. I love that you now integrate with O365, too. Because O365 is a big part of our organization. Having Nimble to track and move prospects to new clients and nurture our current clients is a plus. Not to mention the Social signals and the fact that we can pre-gather information about new leads. I used a similar CRM system before Nimble that was very pricey. Nimble's rich set of services along with super easy setup makes it a quick go-to for entrepreneurs and young sales team members. I liked the dashboard probably the best. It's a great visualizer of your day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Gmail / Chrome extension could use some work. I didn't like the fact that I had to remember to hover over a name to get the contact data. I would have preferred to have all contacts in that email show up in the right sidebar for selection. Sometimes contact "hovering" didn't pick them up, making you hop into nimble.com to add the contact manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We reduce research time of contacts and leads, thanks to the Nimble functions. It provides us with added value in our database of customers and leads.
Segmentation is perhaps one of its best features because it facilitates the creation of specific user groups for marketing campaigns.
Nimble also provides a fairly optimized email marketing system, however, for our team it is more effective to combine this CRM with tools such as HubSpot.
