What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Nimble works really well to keep track of communications. Best feature is it's integration with mailchimp, really easy and intuitive. The platform helps us drive better relationships and realtime data, especially for marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Outstanding auto enriching platform for your contacts. if you want a user friendly platform that allows you to see what your contacts social activity is then this is the software for you business. It is very inexpensive compared to others and will allow you to send message from within the software so you can make notes and create activity reports based on your actions with each contact. You will love the interface of theis platform and also the fact that it is easy to use and shows you what your contacts social accounts are doing as well as being able to capitalise on that itel and use it to send relevant emails to that target audience. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

I found very little to dislike but the only main thing is the daily email group limit is 300 emails per day. I would use a separate email platform in order to send a higher amount of daily emails that can be linked to Nimble CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:

Use this if you need to know your contacts social activities so you can make informed decisions about your next email campaigns that will be better targeted. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I learn about my prospects and my current clients with this as a social network. I do not waste time going back and forth between platforms. This does it all! I set up Nimble with my assistant watching. It's a time saving! I am very impressed with how much I learned about prospects and current clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

Sometimes, the expanded edition fields are not as easy to use as I would like, although there is a new feature that I am excited to try soon to enter data from a new client that can solve my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Nimble's user interface is very intuitive and user friendly. I have used Salesforce for 12 years and became an expert at it. With Nimble you can pick it up very easily and start managing your book of sales business effectively. The other great differentiator of Nimble is the ease of integrations. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

the one integration that did not work for me was PieSync. I emailed PieSync and didn't get a response. Nimble customer service and chat is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I've been involved with recommending CRM systems in the UK since 1988. Telemagic, ACT!, Goldmine, Dynamix....they all end up 'selling out' and customers get more and more complex products, stuff they dont need, payments they cant get out of...

Nimble was and is different. Good, honest, software that does the job, great for an exec and a learner, inclusive, fantastic for co-working, versatile, evolving, clever and you get the feeling the staff at Nimble love their job and just want to really help you.

Nimble is fantastic when you want to move over to it from a legacy system with old data and has worked for our company and others I've recommended.

Nimble is also being invested in to keep it up to date without being too complex and I really appreciate the tutorials, videos and customer support.

I cant spend as much time on it as I want updating.

Also I think if it could re-link to LinkedIN that would really help keep contacts up to date.

They sorted the US v UK date fields for birthdays etc.

Nimble provides a contact management tool that is built for sales people and has a direct impact on driving more revenue by helping a sales executive to have visability of a prospects digital footprint.
