What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

It is an application with a user-friendly interface, adaptable to the needs of the user. It has multiple functions to administer and nurture social profiles. It also has sales intelligence that allows us to capture qualified leads in a short time.

Integration with email and contact databases, it's great to reduce the runtime of secondary tasks such as data logging, because we can import the data, eliminating manual registration.

Another thing that I think is great about Nimble, is that it allows synchronization with devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I really love how nimble enables me to connect with my clients and customer better. Since I had nimble organizing list of leads has never been easier!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

The only thing I dislike is whenever i would send email to clients through nimble it would take a couple of minutes before it gets posted on and change the last conversation date.. but aside from that, nothing really. I just hope that i can also organize my important contacts on separate folders.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am solving a lot of problems with nimble, I don't see myself working without nimble again because of these:

A.) I can easily see the last conversation date of my current clients which lets me know who's active and who's inactive..

B.) All the informations that I need are gathered together in each contact, saves me time from looking them up again and/or trying to find that one conversation through my inbox where my contacts shares me their info as long as i've saved it in their contact detail beforehand. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I love the dashboard. It is highly customizable and allows me to stay on top of upcoming events. I can send emails from Nimble and see who opened them, allowing me to send timely follow ups! What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

I like Nimble's ability to find information about contacts; such as their LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. However, I wish it was more efficient and thorough.
