What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I like that Nimble is in the cloud, it updates quickly, and is easy to input new contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

I do not have an unlimited number of emails I can send at once. I have over 400 Former Happy Clients, but I am told Nimble will only allow me to send out 100 per day, and it seems that only 30 were sent out the first day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

From 2004 to 2014 I had the Goldmine system which allowed me to stay in contact with 1, 500 contacts. When that system finally collapsed under its own weight, I switched to Outlook which did not allow me to easily stay in touch with my contacts. Now in 2019, with Nimble, I can once again stay in touch with my contacts. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I've used Nimble in 2 ventures and it never disappoints. The product is very intuitive. The customer service is the best. Everyone is very nice and seems to go overboard. No, I can't reach them by phone, but what do you expect for $25 a month? Their answers are thorough and they always follow throw to make sure I am happy. I am! What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

It is pretty easy to use unlike some of the larger CRMs and easy to learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is slow and because it is so basic it is limited on features. Also the last contacted by team never updates correctly which means we have to spend more time clicking thru pages to dfind where to start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Nimble is a great tool when sending email blasts, that need to appear personal. It also allows you to customize group lists based on the specific target for that blast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The social media interaction is not available/viewable for most contacts. For example, my LinkedIn and Facebook are connected via my personal email address and do not link with my work email, so those profiles do not populate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I'm a new user but so far I really like how Nimble consolidates and tracks the data about my contacts in a way that I can easily follow and keep up with. I find it very user friendly and intuitive. Nimble is just that Nimble; It's a very flexible easy to use platform that consistently improves. It's linked to social search is an incredible advantage when qualifying any type of client. Haven't used it long enough yet to create a dislike list. What I particularly dislike right now is they're requiring me to write more in this review. I wrote what I care about. Take it or leave it. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

The interface is easy to use and intuitive, providing an efficient and easy-to-use workspace.

CRM is very useful for managing contacts. It helps us organize a large volume of contacts imported from databases. It is useful to enrich the contact profiles since Nimble completes the blank spaces of the client or potential client, through integration with channels such as Facebook, Twitter or Gmail. This saves us time in the research process and serves as the basis for making better decisions regarding sales planning.

Synchronization with the calendar is another feature that I use frequently to schedule business meetings quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
