I dislike that I can only find contact information if the Company Name is used. I wish to algorithm could be updated to search based on the social media handle if you do not know the company name. We are using Nimble for all of our productions.It is easy to use and no need of special training. It gives quick response and work very efficient on flash storage. We can drop our data at there and also recover when we need. We can easily schedule snapshots and safe in it and get it back anytime. It provides a self tuning 'set it and forget it' storage for our growing enterprise. As per my prospective some of it features has been a little rough and I think things are getting better, but the interface changes they have made are a little strange sometimes.The clever little experimental features added to the "Lab" section of Info Sight don't get added to the main product quickly enough. I find that the feature that I like most about Nimble is sales intelligence. It is fast, efficient and provides us with invaluable information to know in depth the interests of our clients.
The software is intuitive and easy to use. The main panel is interactive and customizable, easily adapts to our business needs. The drag-and-drop design allows to drag boards that show the transactions in progress, the sales pipeline, calendar events, contact list, among other things.

Nimble is easy to use, easy to implement and priced so a small business can take advantage of important features. For example, all of the emails I send and receive with customers/prospects are done in Nimble to take advantage of the tracking feature.
