What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

The features offered vs. the pricing is a home run. Compared to some of the larger CRM companies, Nimble hits most of our pain points at a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited integration with third-party software. We could use integration with commission payment software. I have also found that the help desk is lackluster Nimble does have a few people that try to help, but corporate procedures limit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I like the searchable archivable contact database. However, I think there are some big UX probs on the contact pages. For example, the newest entries shouldn't get filed to the bottom of the page.....? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an expensive product if you're rolling it out to an entire organization. Unless you're using ALL the features in Nimble, I would recommend a more cost-effective solution. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I love being able to get contact information for my social media leads. I find Sales Navigator to be almost useless without using it along with Nimble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

I dislike that I can only find contact information if the Company Name is used. I wish to algorithm could be updated to search based on the social media handle if you do not know the company name. I have been unable to figure out so far how to integrate my email client so that I can send emails directly out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

We are using Nimble for all of our productions.It is easy to use and no need of special training. It gives quick response and work very efficient on flash storage. We can drop our data at there and also recover when we need. We can easily schedule snapshots and safe in it and get it back anytime. It provides a self tuning 'set it and forget it' storage for our growing enterprise. Nimble also has larger arrays that scale to provide solutions for large environments, while also reducing costs compared to other storage products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

As per my prospective some of it features has been a little rough and I think things are getting better, but the interface changes they have made are a little strange sometimes.The clever little experimental features added to the "Lab" section of Info Sight don't get added to the main product quickly enough. Nimble storage support system very efficiently and did not harm the system, it gave quick response when we need it. Nimble do not put much load on system which make the work smoothly. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I find that the feature that I like most about Nimble is sales intelligence. It is fast, efficient and provides us with invaluable information to know in depth the interests of our clients.

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The main panel is interactive and customizable, easily adapts to our business needs. The drag-and-drop design allows to drag boards that show the transactions in progress, the sales pipeline, calendar events, contact list, among other things.

Nimble is easy to use, easy to implement and priced so a small business can take advantage of important features. For example, all of the emails I send and receive with customers/prospects are done in Nimble to take advantage of the tracking feature.
