Nimble’s learning curve is very soft, making really easy to become proficient with the software, learn to use many of its tools and saving a lot of time. One of its greatest features is the Search Bar, allowing user to search with standardized fields. The power of this tool comes from the fact that you can add up to 200 customized fields and you can search with a “tag” on any social media profile. Another great thing about Nimble is its flexible integration. The integration with Mailchimp and PyeSync gives a unified setup for our departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with 3rd party solutions is great, but in some cases isn’t just an option but an obligation if you want Nimble to perform well. For example: if you don’t integrate it with Mailchimp you may undertake several large email shots. Something I think Nimble is missing is a tab where I can see the history of interactions with clients. This would definitely help us to keep a better control of our interactions. Before using Nimble, I knew I should be doing a better job of staying in touch with prospects and clients, but distractions always got in the way. Now, Nimble helps me keep in touch with the people who are important to me.

I really do admire Nimble for features and automation it has within its platform. I can now segement my contacts whenever I want however I want.
I also like the features where you can not only add new contacts but the way Nimble also help with in depth contact details which I never seen throughout my career as marketing business person.

Nimble is a costumers relationship management software designed for small businesses. It’s all features are very outstanding, and some features are very easy such as contact management, calendar syncing, outreach tools, social profile matching and more. Most of the people do not know about nimble, but I think its data management and email tracking stack up to any other CRM on the market. The deal management aspects are very weak. It has a bad integration and get difficult to navigate sometimes. Nimble is the bad platform for customization. This software could not provide many tutorials or tips and people could work on quickly. Its search functionality is very limited, and the scheduling progress is not also best working. We cannot easily search different documents and uploading features is very bad. But to conclude that it is best software for project management. It is very friendly and efficient software. Nimble has a unique feature called Data Ingestion. It allows me to add a contact to the database from the browser directly, by simply using an extension installed to my browser (chrome or safari). What’s even better is that in case there are some missing information from this contact, like an email, Nimble will start searching for this data by itself. It doesn’t limit to a single user, as you’re able to connect with several email addresses. Personally, I use this feature to manage my private life and my professional life in the same platform. Another useful feature is the Group Messaging, allowing user to select a part of the database and send a message to that particular group. This selection is especially useful for selling purposes, by sending more relevant information for a special audience that you know will interact with it better. Although I consider Nimble to be a great and powerful platform, I think it could improve if it would improve its integration with other cloud-based applications. Another thing I would change is the interface. Right now, it looks out of date and it still doesn’t adapt to high resolution screens. Beyond the use of Nimble of prospector providing the needed intel to find contact details for influencer outreach, the Kred scoring that's also in place was very handy for certain considerations. Organization by Company and the ability to show all communication for that company easily. I like the fact that I can make pre-drafted email templates that add in users names, roles and company to make the email seem more personalized. I've found that I have save a ton of time by having these templates. I also like that I can link a contacts profile to their social media account so I can put a face to the name and quickly refer to their LinkedIn account. Additionally, I like that t automatically pulls information on the company, such as revenues, CEO, etc. I also like the filters that can be applied. I wish that there were drip campaigns available and that the I could more quickly get to my task. Right now there are too many clicks required to get to the beta version of the activities. If I could add a campaign with auto task and auto emails to clients, I would save a ton of times manually adding phone calls and email task to remind myself to reach out to the contacts.
