I have been using Nimble in my day to day tasks. It allows interactions with our clients, this allows our clients to give productive feedback about the quality of our services. It has a very simple to use user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble software is an excellent tool which offers browser widget as well as mobile-based sales force automation through out our organization. Also it has really improved email tracking and workflow tracking within our company.Nimble software has a great interface and amazing dashboards attributing to accounting payroll automation. Also this platform has greatly improved customization of all our organizations plans to fit all our customers wishes.its amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nimble software has been of great significance within our organization but also we have faced some challenges which brings out inconveniences.First,its not easy to sync nimble software with other programs within one workforce. Also this software is not easy to integrate with mail chimp platform. i would like management team to look on those aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble is simply perfect for handling contacts, since its platform is optimized in an excellent way for this. Its email marketing tool is also very good, and it offers an excellent sales pipeline management, quite focused on taking complete control of each funnel independently. Nimble lacks many client management options, whether they are health, real estate, or Mac customers. Your CRM does not allow you to store documents or evaluate potential customers. Neither offers an internal chat integration that is stable, or a good management of budgets and offers. Your calendar system is not customizable enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble does not have yet : marketing automotion and massive emailing.

What we liked the most about using nimble was its ease of handling prospection tools, which make contact management quite extensive. In terms of contact segmentation, and tracking your interactions with us, Nimble is the best. It also has an excellent integration of marketing automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We do not like that nimble does not allow storing documents directly, so we usually choose to use external hosting services (in our case, dropbox). We do not like that it does not allow us to manage clients for banking, real estate, or banking. Nor is it good for managing sales force commissions and automations. The Nimble sales pipeline management system is fast, and very easy to use. It is very fast when it comes to managing contact databases, which are easily importable from Microsoft excel. Your marketing automation integration is amazingly fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not allow to store documents internally, nor to make a quality evaluation and great extension to our potential clients. Its system of tools for prospecting contacts is excellent, because thanks to that we can make good follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
