Nimble CRM has a clean, flexible design that lets my team enter information easily. It connects to our work email and calendar accounts simplifying the process of tracking communications between our team and our constituents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can create workflows and monitor my time in each stage of them. For instance, I can set up a stage for 'initial contact' with a potential client, then have another stage titled '2 week followup' and so on. Each stage can tell me how long each client has been in it so I can stay on top of things.
The Prospector is genius. Saves time in cultivating client info.

The application is simple to set up and there is some incredible support available both during the onboarding process and afterwards. The system integrates easily with my existing Outlook Exchange and Google Business accounts. The business funnel is easily customized and reporting is very good. Nimble could be useful for quickly finding information about customers and tracking all communications with them. However, in practice, not all emails are tracked; it doesn't connect properly with Outlook, and emails are frequently lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you don't copy yourself on each and every email, you won't see them in Outlook. If you don't store a copy of the emails in the general Outlook archive, you won't be able to access them. I usually have dedicated folders for each customer, but these aren't accessible to Nimble, so I have to duplicate each email every time. Nimble is very customizable. You can literally set it up for your personal specific needs. Very robust. Also, the Nimble team is pretty responsive to your new feature requests. I use nimble every day to manage my business contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble integrated nicely with Google Workspace, is highly customisable, has excellent extensions for gathering data, the team seems genuinely responsive to user feedback and suggestions and - so far - the software seems to be more than capable of anything a single-person business can throw at it. I'd like to see slightly more accurate automatic data capture from websites, and there are a few areas where a little more flexibility would save time, but these have been minor quibbles that may well disappear since it's in continual development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble is the best for social media integration, user friendly design, highly customizable reporting options.
I can easily access Nimble CRM from my mobile phone and I like it very much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a contacts limitation. For every account you can keep 25000 contacts. It asks for $10 for extra 10000 contacts and I don't like this factor about Nimble CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble is easy to use and helps complete tasks quickly.
Integration with LinkedIn maked data entry fast and automated.
Tags help sort contacts by topic and other criteria - fast.
Group messaging enables a simple method to stay in constant communication.
Integrate with email offers a complete history of communication between the parties.
Nimble support has also been very helpful when needed.

I would like to have "click to call" features without using a 3rd party like Vonage
I would also like to have call recordings and automatic transcription of calls.

We have had a good use of Nimble in our organization. The problem has been that licenses are expensive for NGOs and that limits the number of accounts my organization has. Consequently, there hasn't been a lot of people participating in the system. In general, I have appreciated being able to copy the email and it automatically including the information of the person in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
