Nimble is a very good program to use the multiple pipeline of project management, it allows in this way to manage contacts in relation to being invited to webinars something extremely great, it is important to highlight its system of saving searches, since it allows it to be reusable later. Nimble is an online CRM tool and this tool is very helpful for marketing business. Its a customizable tool so we can make changes in our product features and convert them as requirements of clients. We can easily manage our relation with customer and keep connected with any time. It integrates very well with social media applications and let us present our product in front of online people. Nimble is an online tool for customer relation management and it work good but it also has some drawbacks one of them is reports and fields are not properly organized in this tool and it requires strong bandwidth of internet for work perfectly. I really enjoy having my clients all together in one place. I like being able to see emails and social media profiles. I really like the system of calendars and reminders that it offers us, as well as its capacity to carry out marketing by email. The automatic import of contacts in connected social networks is a great time saver. The software is very smart to match the contacts that exist in more than one network as well. This program is very complete however I have some complaints that I would like to address. Between them; It does not allow to store documents internally, nor to perform a quality evaluation and a large extension to our potential clients. With the Smart Contact app from Nimble has a great, we can add people directly to the database from any social media account and then it builds the profile until it finds it at other social media, from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and, in some cases, emails and phone numbers. Also, the system from Nimble’s enables you to add notes to a contact, so you can keep a direct track of the interaction you have had with this contact, like a telephone call. You can track interactions with members on social media and see the evolution of the relationship in your email. It has some key prospects you can access by using online keyword searches on most of the social networks. When using Nimble’s Contact Widget, it automatically fills out the contact record from just a name and email, saving an important amount of time. This contact widget feature can be used on several browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc). I love it because I can get contact record into the system on any social media or website with just a click. The Nimble Mobile app is very helpful too for managing all my activities and engage with contacts on multiple mobile devices, keeping me alert to call, write or post a comment on any social media site. Although integration with your email account is fine, you have to head over to Nimble in order to track your pipeline, as it doesn’t show how it advances. Also, columns in the contacts view can’t be sorted or filtered. I wish this could be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of things that we liked about nimble. For example, its integrated tool for forecasting sales is highly customizable, and allows the generation of proposals for marketing automation through documents. We do not like the social profiles system that the nimble platform has integrated, and it does not allow us to add enough essential details to the contacts during its management. We also do not like your tagging tool for group messages. It is supposed that it should be easy to use that function to do follow-up, but it ends up being the opposite.
