Nimble CRM has completely transformed the way our team operates. What I love most about Nimble is its ability to seamlessly integrate all our customer data into one intuitive platform. We used to struggle with scattered information across different tools, but Nimble brings it all together, making it easy to track interactions, manage leads, and close deals faster than ever. The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, allowing even our non-tech-savvy team members to jump in and start using it with minimal training. The built-in social listening tools are a game-changer, enabling us to engage with clients on a more personal level, which has significantly boosted our customer retention. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable—it's packed with features that you'd typically find in much more expensive CRMs. Nimble CRM is an absolute must for any business looking to streamline their processes and enhance customer relationship Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That i didnt have access to it earlier in my career Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the way it integrates with Google, generally. This is also encouraging that they will continue to make improvements, especially with automation. With the Gmail widget, I use it pretty much every day, even if I'm not in the actual app. Thank you for adding email scheduling! I also really like the new sequences feature, I can't wait to try it out. I can see it being a huge time-saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't feel like the additional automations for workflows should behind a paywall. At the moment, I haven't filled the capacity, but as time goes on and more automation options are added, the more I will want to use and won't be able to justify paying extra. That seems like a feature that should be part of the price you pay for the services. I understand the extra fees for Web Forms, but the workflow automations are an essential part of the CRM.
Also, I would love to see the new sequences include a way for follow-up emails that are included in the thread of the original email. The feature is good, but that will really take it to the next level! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first view on any contact is Past Activities - a proper timeline on the most recent interactions, including upcoming meetings in your linked calendars and emails in your linked inbox (IMAP is fine, so it doesn't HAVE to be Microsoft or Gmail 👍) that you haven't even read yet. Other tools seem to want me to do convoluted forwarding of emails to track them - no chance.
This is absolutely ideal as, assuming you use your CRM to record other activities as and when they happen (like custom messages, call notes, or even notes added via the API - VERY handy to record to any SMS sent or received programmatically, which I use), and make use of the custom variables to track outstanding items/issues per contact, you have a single 'ground truth'.
Other CRMs seem to promise it but never quite deliver it, making you jump through hoops just to get to the point where you have one place to check.
I also now use workflows constantly, and can easily see who is in what process and what they need to move them along.
Also, 'merge tag' fields have evolved to allow custom data variables, which means most of my transactional email templates are in Nimble, calling on static per-contact data that would never be inbuilt (like a user's tax code, for example).
All in all, it's my daily driver of work, just simple enough on the right principles, with an API to allow me to code up anything really complex I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Other than a few more options for the 'today' view - I don't use the widgets available right now, it's mostly bugs and minor gripes, really, and they can mostly be ignored or worked around.
e.g.:
- I can't seem to get rid of the 'onboarding' option on the left menu
- The 'found' socials details are often wrong, but still add e.g. an avatar of somebody else's image on to my contacts. I don't like to 'admin-fidget' so I simply ignore that, but it could be misleading
- Sequences is a nice idea, but not everybody transacts via email - I think it's not very valuable to me until it can handle multichannel (I might have a too-high bar to measure to here though, I'm comparing it with Lemlist with added APIs for SMS for example, which is expensive and sales-oriented)
- Whenever I receive an email from Google Cloud with an invoice my view gets messed up, so the email viewer must leak CSS from the email - worth red-teaming that one
- I'd rather not have to keep clicking refresh to have an up-to-date inbox showing, it would be great if it were 'live'. I genuinely use Nimble as my business mail client, especially now that send later is there, and I'd like to get emails 'realtime' across the app e.g. while in 'Past Activities' too.
- I can't search emails very easily other than by keywords. Actually, I'd ideally like to search the 'Past Activities' view in it's entirety as I often want to recall when I gave some particular advice - I can usually remember keywords 9though when I can't... see below!)
- I'd like to be able to ctrl-click on more things to open them up in new windows e.g. contact names in particular - I have multi screen and often look at two different Nimble screens side-by-side
Here's the one that's so major that I'm having to develop it myself - where's the AI assistant? I want to be able to enquire with an AI that can perform Retrieval Augmented Generation on one or all client's Past Activities so I can tell when I last gave a particular piece of advice, based on semantic similarity, or even to tell me what a client's VAT number is by asking in the main dashboard etc. I hope you're working on this! 😊 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble is extremely easy to use and concentrates on your contacts, communications, and calendars. This is 90% of what salespeople should be focused on!
Nimble's Prospector App gives you the ability to create, edit, or view contact records on the fly from anywhere on the web. This is particularly important since LinkedIn and Facebook have both removed API access to CRM products.
With the edition of group messaging and email tracking ... Nimble becomes an even more flexible and valuable tool!
Nimble has released a suite of automations including message sequencing as well as web forms and workflows and each features integrations with the others. In doing so, Nimble is positioning itself as a low cost solution for some marketing applications as well as sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see the email interface flushed out a little more with groups and labels. Push email would be a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble prospector icon in my browser tool bar that makes it easy to add contact I am working and connected with on LinkedIn or researching off website where they are under Leadership or Meet The Team. I love seeing immediately when someone opens and email and I often send a 2nd as soon as I see that with something to follow up on. I also like the TASK list and calendar that symcs with my Outlook.live calendar. I use Calendly which links to that calendar and since the two sync, it works perfect! Support has alway been amazing and this is so much easier than using Outlook for everything or Outstand which has gone out of business. The fact the email is saved for that contact, even after I delete an email is cool, alomg with any manual notes I tyoe in. I like that I can upload docs and save them under that contact. The new SEQUENCE is amazing, as I can send out a group marketing or servicing email to 500 contacts a day. I can scheduled follow up emails days or weeks later and have them going out every 2 weeks for months and once it's setup, forget about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see email font set at 14 or 15, or allow setting per user to set it and forget about it. Having to edit that with every email is not something I like and 12 is way to small which is what it usually defaulst to. Making the default 14 would be great. I would also like to CLONE a contact so I would only need to change an email and name when adding a second or thrird cobtact for a cpompany with the same phone and address. Havong to add phone and address info all over again each time I have a contact for a same company, thats extra work I dont need to be doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Nimble CRM is its seamless integration with social media, which allows users to easily manage contacts and engage with them directly, making relationship-building both efficient and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Nimble CRM is that it may lack some advanced features found in larger CRM systems, which could be limiting for businesses with more complex needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I value how it retains records of all prospect/client communications. I can also look for information about the last time they were contacted and whether or not a response was received. I use Nimble daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't think of anything. Perhaps the cost? Could it be reduced for ongoing subscribers/users? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nimble is great because it allowed me to integrate all my customer relationship management with my social media accounts, which enhances my ability to engage and monitor the growth of my online relationships. Using the sidebar, we can locate my contacts and add, tag or edit their information. You'll notice quick effects when using it, and it's really useful if you're active on social networks. By doing so, I can also remember your contacts and see what they post on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had some issues with the integration, so it could be a little more robust and have more thorough integration in order to achieve more sales. It is worth mentioning that the assistance has been helpful to me, even if we have had issues with various integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to use, easy to set up work flows and sequences. Very helpful back-end support. Learning tools and online library grows weekly! Very cost effective system to have and uses, where you are not penalised for users or data base size.
Very simple to import data from other systems and clean up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the functions have current limitations but as the system the Development team are always releasing updates. This will help Nimble compete directly with Hubspot and sales Force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy for me to adapt Nimble to my Commercial Real Estate Brokerage,
The challenge was to associate Properties To Contact to Company,
So under Company I was able to create Property Data Fields Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability To have built in separate Email Marketing ( NOT 3rd Party ) for 10,000-20,000 contacts for Eblasts and bring them in and out as you form working relationshipe with a few from the many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
