What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

I like how effective Nimble is when it comes to approaching potential customers through social media or email. It's been useful and important for pulling data from leads on social media platforms where they are active, and we've been able to use it to initiate meaningful conversations with them, all through one platform. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

This would only be the lack of customization of the dashboards. Its cost is a bit expensive but because of the many features and its exceptional performance within our work environment and our CRM, it has been worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Nimble knows how to extract the client information with my only one click. Not only it has reduce my workload that was spent in maintaining the address book but also it has affected my finance department, as our sales representative are more focused to target the important clients rather than utilizing the expenses against hectic meetings, on daily basis. The most basic issues associated with Nimble is that it does not grantee us whether the email has reached the concerned client or not. Further while sending the messages, I am always restricted to certain applications only. In addition I think more new features should be associated with it, it is a one feature tool yet. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Creating work logistics is a must these days when you need to create content, especially when it comes to important professional sales files. Nimble storage automates the entire process of moving the content of our sales work behind our reporting and evaluation processes for our vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

Nimble storage does not work as well with other CRM services than Nimble, so managing other customer databases or storing contact information may take longer than it would regularly take with Nimble CRM. Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:

We recommend working with Nimble storage because it is one of the best cloud services found for enterprise networks, and because it allows you to manage information that is within other clouds, as in the case of Dropbox. It is also recommended for moving information due to its excellent data encryption capabilities, whose format we believe is the famous SSL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is excellent that Nimble storage does not need so many permissions at the time of integration into the CRM platform from which we will move the information about customers, and that it is so easy to make periodic transfers, which can be configured to be carried out automatically or manually (depending on the type of document and how relevant it is for our management). Nimble storage makes our work life and our information samples much easier for sales groups during work meetings, since accessing them live from some external video conference software is extremely simple. What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

Sweet integrations and a consistently simple and understandable design. Great integration with O365 and other apps. Works well, not super, with mobilephones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much "extra", for example I want to give my customers the opportunity to book appointments with me in my calendar in a few simple steps. I know some competitors have that feature. I also miss two way sync with Mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
