With Nimble, we've been able to reach potential consumers more efficiently through several channels, such as email and the web. Nimble is one of the easiest CRM software available in the market. The flexible nature of this software adds to the ease of using it. Nimble is a nifty CRM, and it handles a lot of custmer knowledge skillfully. Probably it's biggest strength is its ability to seek out and absorb social media data. It is great at profile enrichment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email templates feature is a mess. The formatting is wrong and the management of templates is extremely dated. Managing pipeline stages is also cumbersome. The whole app, in fact, seems stuck in time. I used it for the first time about 10 years ago and it has not been enhanced much since then. I think the founder has moved on to other interests.
