I was on a legacy plan and they decided to delete my data one day without warning me.

I love the group messaging feature, which allows me to contact my network easily and regularly. The customer support team are always quick and attentive to answering any questions or solving problems encountered. There are a number of CRM features I take advantage of. Keeping track of those I spoke with, reminders to followup with those I should, and tracking of emails and whether they were opened to name a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The possibility of being able to import contacts is quite simple at different levels, the reports of records are editable managing to keep updated all the platforms we use for data collection, the possibility of having real-time information allows our teams to move much more effectively when collecting customers. We find it quite problematic that sometimes not all information reaches the cloud causing us to lose information that may be critical to us, causing loss of time and opportunities, the interface could be more customizable based on the needs of each company, however it is very generic which can undoubtedly improve.
