What do you like best about Nimble CRM?

We have had a good use of Nimble in our organization. The problem has been that licenses are expensive for NGOs and that limits the number of accounts my organization has. Consequently, there hasn't been a lot of people participating in the system. In general, I have appreciated being able to copy the email and it automatically including the information of the person in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?

What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have different partners and managers contacting organizations. Sometimes we even contact the same people and have no recollection of where the conversation stands/who is responsible and how the relationship can be advanced. As a small business owner, I had tried a number of software programs to enable me to maintain a fairly complete and current contact process with current clients and potential leads.
