Top Rated Nimble CRM Alternatives

Organizing my contacts and records is made simple and easy with Nimble! It's not as cumbersome as some other CRMs I've tried Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love the cost, but that's just business. I wish there were a tiers of cost based on services, because I don't use all of Nimble's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Nimble in my Sales role for about 10 years. I have used it daily during the peak of my sales efforts and monthly as i moved to more a lead generation role. It was easy to setup and integrate with my Outlook email and has been so easy to use and it was quick to learn. Along the years even my assistance have called me at their new jobs asking me about how to get it for their new boss. When i do want to learn about a new feature the Customer Support folks are so quick to get back with me. I use the chat feature which is very effecient for a fast moving role like I am in. It's a bit of a new and evolving feature so I am sure it will improve over time but the mass email automations are still lacking some of the fancier features available in other products. But the core features of Nimble are solid and very helpful in growing my sales funnel and closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to bring together different Social feeds so i can research people before meetings. Also love the ability to not have to type anything into Nimble, the Chrome plugin allows me to pull the data in, which saves so much time and supports all the team using the CRM. ..... Not sure if i should say this, but Nimble have been brilliant at taking our requirements and building them into thier standard product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used many a CRM and I have to admit there is nothing I really dislike about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble's integration with Outlook makes it super easy to import contacts. The Workflow and Deals page is very simple and differentiates itself from cumbersome and large CRMs from MS and SF. If you just want a simple UI to create, track, and keep on top of opportunities, Nimble is the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My clients require me to use SF and MS Dynamics CRMs. Integration with these CRMs (MSD) such that my deals could transfer over. Just the basic info on a woerflow so I dont have to re-enter all the basic info.
Also- sometimes unrelated emails linked to contacts on different deals/workflows get pulled into the Deal/Workflow of interest. When I have multiple deals or workflows with same contact, both contact history and emails are on multiple deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The graphical user interface and intuitive layout. It's quite powerful although simple and is designed for non-technical sales and business people. I use this for five hours every day in the business week. I was a gold mine software user back in the 1990s when Act was the 800 pound gorilla and gold mine was a far better product. Nimble has the same kind of cleverness to it and that should not be surprising since it has the same founder as gold mine. I think of it as gold mines going into the cloud and simplified. I do not use any of the integration so I cannot comment on that and it seemed to be quite straightforward in terms of ease of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the tech-support is quite good it's not live human beings it's through chat but it's chat with a real person and they're very helpful. Hello hello good yeah I'm fine I don't need any healthcare I'm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a business professional I believe business is built on relationships and I make it my business to build them!
Thanks to Nimble, doing so, is simple and easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only hiccup I periodically encounter is the syncing with third-party apps.
Anytime I encounter this hiccup, Customer Support is readily available to assist! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a Nimble user for 3+ years now, and just getting to the point where I was brave enough to create a automated workflow. I am definitely regretting not doing it sooner. It has changed my life and created opportunities for me to have more time, and better communication with my clients and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some weird bugs to figure out with regard to syncing issues when multiple users are on the account and why we could possibly be getting different results. Totally could be user error, but it has come up a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble give sme the complete picture of my clients, prospects, leads and deals, all in one place. No more messy spreadsheets, everything I need to see is here and it's absolutely invaluable to my business. It was seamless to transition over to from my basic Excel spreadsheet and I now use it every single day. When I have a question about functionality, the support staff are quick to come back to me with helpful tutorials and videos and explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I genuinely don't have any downsides. It ticks every box for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimble CRM has completely transformed the way our team operates. What I love most about Nimble is its ability to seamlessly integrate all our customer data into one intuitive platform. We used to struggle with scattered information across different tools, but Nimble brings it all together, making it easy to track interactions, manage leads, and close deals faster than ever. The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, allowing even our non-tech-savvy team members to jump in and start using it with minimal training. The built-in social listening tools are a game-changer, enabling us to engage with clients on a more personal level, which has significantly boosted our customer retention. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable—it's packed with features that you'd typically find in much more expensive CRMs. Nimble CRM is an absolute must for any business looking to streamline their processes and enhance customer relationship Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That i didnt have access to it earlier in my career Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the way it integrates with Google, generally. This is also encouraging that they will continue to make improvements, especially with automation. With the Gmail widget, I use it pretty much every day, even if I'm not in the actual app. Thank you for adding email scheduling! I also really like the new sequences feature, I can't wait to try it out. I can see it being a huge time-saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't feel like the additional automations for workflows should behind a paywall. At the moment, I haven't filled the capacity, but as time goes on and more automation options are added, the more I will want to use and won't be able to justify paying extra. That seems like a feature that should be part of the price you pay for the services. I understand the extra fees for Web Forms, but the workflow automations are an essential part of the CRM.
Also, I would love to see the new sequences include a way for follow-up emails that are included in the thread of the original email. The feature is good, but that will really take it to the next level! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first view on any contact is Past Activities - a proper timeline on the most recent interactions, including upcoming meetings in your linked calendars and emails in your linked inbox (IMAP is fine, so it doesn't HAVE to be Microsoft or Gmail 👍) that you haven't even read yet. Other tools seem to want me to do convoluted forwarding of emails to track them - no chance.
This is absolutely ideal as, assuming you use your CRM to record other activities as and when they happen (like custom messages, call notes, or even notes added via the API - VERY handy to record to any SMS sent or received programmatically, which I use), and make use of the custom variables to track outstanding items/issues per contact, you have a single 'ground truth'.
Other CRMs seem to promise it but never quite deliver it, making you jump through hoops just to get to the point where you have one place to check.
I also now use workflows constantly, and can easily see who is in what process and what they need to move them along.
Also, 'merge tag' fields have evolved to allow custom data variables, which means most of my transactional email templates are in Nimble, calling on static per-contact data that would never be inbuilt (like a user's tax code, for example).
All in all, it's my daily driver of work, just simple enough on the right principles, with an API to allow me to code up anything really complex I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Other than a few more options for the 'today' view - I don't use the widgets available right now, it's mostly bugs and minor gripes, really, and they can mostly be ignored or worked around.
e.g.:
- I can't seem to get rid of the 'onboarding' option on the left menu
- The 'found' socials details are often wrong, but still add e.g. an avatar of somebody else's image on to my contacts. I don't like to 'admin-fidget' so I simply ignore that, but it could be misleading
- Sequences is a nice idea, but not everybody transacts via email - I think it's not very valuable to me until it can handle multichannel (I might have a too-high bar to measure to here though, I'm comparing it with Lemlist with added APIs for SMS for example, which is expensive and sales-oriented)
- Whenever I receive an email from Google Cloud with an invoice my view gets messed up, so the email viewer must leak CSS from the email - worth red-teaming that one
- I'd rather not have to keep clicking refresh to have an up-to-date inbox showing, it would be great if it were 'live'. I genuinely use Nimble as my business mail client, especially now that send later is there, and I'd like to get emails 'realtime' across the app e.g. while in 'Past Activities' too.
- I can't search emails very easily other than by keywords. Actually, I'd ideally like to search the 'Past Activities' view in it's entirety as I often want to recall when I gave some particular advice - I can usually remember keywords 9though when I can't... see below!)
- I'd like to be able to ctrl-click on more things to open them up in new windows e.g. contact names in particular - I have multi screen and often look at two different Nimble screens side-by-side
Here's the one that's so major that I'm having to develop it myself - where's the AI assistant? I want to be able to enquire with an AI that can perform Retrieval Augmented Generation on one or all client's Past Activities so I can tell when I last gave a particular piece of advice, based on semantic similarity, or even to tell me what a client's VAT number is by asking in the main dashboard etc. I hope you're working on this! 😊 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
