What do you like best about Nilex Service Platform?

The best part of Nilex is its wide variaty of features like ticket management, asset management, service catalogue, API management, Knowledge base management, self service portal and many more incorporated in one solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nilex Service Platform?

The biggest drawback has been the customer support which is available upto limited extent and only through email communication. Also with every new releaze it in little unstable with the behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nilex Service Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manjorly being used for Asset management lifecycle and dashboard monitoring of the ticket management tool. Also approval workflow process helps to setup custom workflow for various business approvals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nilex Service Platform?

Nilex is not a very stable system in my opinion. Its an unstable system with freezes and our support team don't like the navigation used in this particular nilex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
