What do you like best about Nielsen Global Connect?
The upsides of working with NIelsen are the amount of data. It has al the market information of our dutch FMCG market. Also the amount of possible analyses are perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to sort through data in dive deep into a category. I could identify product trends very easy from using the data from Nielsen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nielsen Global Connect?
There are a lot of available data points, and the functionality exists to search for an individual SKU by UPC code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Nielsen Global Connect?
The user interface is clunky, old, unattractive, and many selection screens are not very user friendly. In addition, it's frustrating to encounter bugs in the system that require me to log off and log back in again, wasting valuable time. The reliability of running a refresh is disappointingly low. Nielsen platform is very easy to use and the data is very rich for retail analysis. We used it for category analysis for presentation to retailers to help them manage their category and products. The interface for excel needs an update. It looks like it hasnt been changed since the 90s. Also, instead of the abbreviations, writing things out plainly would be helpful. I dislike havig to guess abbreviations and acronyms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
