What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

Nice is a simple and convenient tool to manage all employee's activities. The 'Time Off Manager' menu makes it simple to examine details about remaining hours, including Holidays, accrued, and my privilege leaves and comp off. This tool is straightforward to use. What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

Schedule viewer, real-time adherence and you can view an entire year of an agent schedule. The tab to locate different LOBs within the same organization is great when managing other accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On occasion, the tabs lag out, and it gets prolonged. When you want to view an agent's schedule for a week/ month or more, downloading the information takes a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes the job easy because you can monitor if an agent is on a call, hold, Acw etc. It is Beneficial in modifying the schedule and viewing the queue, or headcount needed vrs staffing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

It is very intuitive. Also has a very robust algorithm and forecasts are spit on as long as you keep your data clean. Simple scheduling. By far the most robust WFM tool I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?

There are certain parts of it that are less intuitive and harder to use, and it will allow you to schedule conflicts without giving errors. Also, data models are set up different then CXONe...so cross platform reporting is hard to compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

It is an integrated platform which provides solutions to my resource capacity, their time tracking, wfm etc unlike in past i had used different applications for all these functions which made it difficult. But with Nice Workforce Management, all these problems are solved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?

I would not say the disadvantage or unlikeliness, it provides multiple solutions, so the subscription fees charged is fair to that.

What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

During the inital data set up, I have rhe least complications for data sync. Not much data tweaking is needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?

I some how has the apprehensive approac with NICE CRM for QA assessment as it gives out an automated QA scores based algorithm and verbatim stored. Tones of a dialogue can affect the user in a negative way. In reality the conversation was loud due to cultural differences between the customer and the representative, so we end up having to audit most of the scores..this was back 2017... hopefully its way better now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NICE Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The service calculations as spot on, even with the overflow of calls after midnight, wr can adjust it quite easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
