It is an integrated platform which provides solutions to my resource capacity, their time tracking, wfm etc unlike in past i had used different applications for all these functions which made it difficult. But with Nice Workforce Management, all these problems are solved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would not say the disadvantage or unlikeliness, it provides multiple solutions, so the subscription fees charged is fair to that.
As of now, i have not faced any issues. So it is good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nice is a simple and convenient tool to manage all employee's activities. The 'Time Off Manager' menu makes it simple to examine details about remaining hours, including Holidays, accrued, and my privilege leaves and comp off. This tool is straightforward to use. During the inital data set up, I have rhe least complications for data sync. Not much data tweaking is needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I some how has the apprehensive approac with NICE CRM for QA assessment as it gives out an automated QA scores based algorithm and verbatim stored. Tones of a dialogue can affect the user in a negative way. In reality the conversation was loud due to cultural differences between the customer and the representative, so we end up having to audit most of the scores..this was back 2017... hopefully its way better now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
