It's relatively easy to use. You just log in and get to choose your status as "available" or some form "unavailable" (unavailable:meeting, unavailable: need assistance, etc). You can accept of reject a call, place on hold, transfer, redial, or conference your call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times it crashes or you randomly get logged off by a "supervisor" (the system, not an actual person) in the middle of a meeting or even a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Live monitor is good. Great for call center work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty simple login and very easy to see when you are getting a call, easy to make a conference call and to change for available to unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it kicks you out of the phone and calls show an error, and also the disposition is not always correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I enjoy the most about NICE is being able to show my call volume so I know when I need more agents to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me the only down side I have with NICE is that when I have too much going on it can lag but its like .2 second lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The possibility of live monitor calls, check call history, check agent activity(present and past). That really helps to keep track of several details important for our operation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is not that user friendly it takes a few days to get use to it and take advantage of all its tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
