What do you like best about NICE CXone Mpower?

It is very simple, quick, easy to work with, and efficient. Working with NICE for less than a year I havent had a problem and if the problem happened was because of the internet connection only not because of NICE per say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes forever to connect to agent leg, it is spotty, sometimes it requires me to clear my cookies and data or else it wont let me in because it says my credentials are incorrect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service across the country is localized and during the COVID-19 pandemic, we can work remotely effectively. We are able to work as a team and accept calls for other depts and coworkers, equalizing the load for everyone. As a customer civil service agent, it is very important that my agency has reliable virtual communications especially during these difficult times of COVID-19. What do you like best about NICE CXone Mpower?

It's intuitive to use and the WFI logic allows for more efficient call routing, without the errors of leaving agents in queues that they are only backups for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
