What do you like best about NextMe?

Love NextME simplicity and how quick it is to onboard your staff. The app is very slick and there is little to no training required to get started. Really helps us enhance our customers’ experience during dreaded wait times and also improves our customer retention rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextMe?

While they are working on this feature, they need a customer admin portal for us to access the marketing content we display to our guests while they wait for their service. At the moment, NextMe uploads all of our marketing content on our behalf with a 48 hour turn around time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about NextMe?

Great user experience with very helpful analytics. This app helps us efficiently notify potential customers by text when their table is ready as well as lets us dive deep into the numbers in order to make better decisions. We're a small store so this helps us keep our store from being over crowded and provide a better experience for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextMe?

We're had very few problems with Next me and when we do they resolve them very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stop waiting! They have a bunch of qualifiers that help keep you organized and are constantly looking to improve their service and be ahead of the curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to quote based on what we though was good information but using Next me we found that over a weekend, less than 2% of tables waited more than 1.5 hours and of the tables that were quoted more then 1.5 hours we only retained a small percentage. Using this information we helped inform our hosts to make better estimates and retain more customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
