It is easy to contect NexTec and depending on the urgency we assign to the situation, they make our request a priority.

Their sales team promises the moon and does not deliver. We had several instances where we asked specific questions "Can Sage X3 do ____?" And they said, "Absolutely!" Then, after we signed on the dotted line and put down deposits, the implementation team said, "Yeah, no we can't do that. We could MAYBE make it work with custom programming, but that's extra. Oh, and by the way, every time you patch up, it's going to be a pain and we'll have to charge you extra to revise your coding." Unbelievable. They did not provide a solid list of ongoing system maintenance processes post GO-LIVE. NexTec did not communicate effectively internally and certain processes were missed with significant costing implications. Also, the post GO-LIVE teams created more havoc than they solved. Their consultants are located worldwide so time zone differences are sometimes an issue. And they don't have a presence in the city where we are located which would be an added benefit. But, these are minor considerations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the customer service. Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgable and helpful. When we inquire about different products or add-ons, they give honest advice whether they would be a good fit for our organization. We have been most satisfied with the level of staff expertise. Rarely are issues encountered that are beyond their ability. On the one occasion we encountered such an issue, NexTec seems to carry enough weight with Acumatica to merit expedited assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
