Releases don't get syndicated anywhere; you might as well post the news release on your blog instead. For being something that you pay for, that's kind of ridiculous. We have recently got a guest post on their website, we agreed on the content everything. They said post is premanent and won't be removed. Loading pics can be distracting. Often you upload a pic and the platform drops it at the end of the press release copy and you have to drag it around (which can sometimes affect formatting - easily fixable but an 'extra thing to do'). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Often times, clients provide last minute edits to content, which can be frustrating to update in other platforms.
