I find the most helpul thing is seeing all of my closing tasks in one place and anyone in our group can see exactly where I am in my process at anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all, let me say that NetGain is a wonderful company to work with. My company has implemented three of their products: NetAssets, NetLease, and NetClose. We had a great experience working with Tyler, the senior implementation consultant assigned to us, and some of the other team members. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and always willing to figure out a tailored solution to fit the specific needs of the company.
We use Net Close for amortizations, reconciliations, and keeping track of close tasks. All the functions are straightforward and easy to use. We are still working on getting all team members to use the reconciliations, but we have used the other two functions for over half a year and are very happy with the products. The fact that it is fully integrated into NetSuite helps tremendously, we have access to theor knowledge base, and the helpdesk is very responsive as well. Overall, I am very happy with NetClose and NetGain in general. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dropdown menu for NetClose is slightly less intuitive than the other modules, but once you get used to it, it's easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how smooth it makes the close process. Very efficient & user-friendly; it helps our team stay organized and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If our processes change, the capability to delete previously ongoing tasks is not as easy as I'd hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The locking capabilities - it allows us to lock specific users from the system during motnh end close which was an issue for us in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes at this time - still implementing parts of the tool for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NetClose, particularly its Reconciliation process, makes my life much easier. We finally have a one-stop shop to keep track of our balance sheet reconciliations and the support needed for management and the audit. Its all in one place and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i can say is that they are working on the ability to view reconciliations in reporting currency vs entity (local) currency. For now, its a minor blip, and still very easy to review entity by entity or account by account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that NetClose is user friendly, and enabled a smooth integration and transition from our previous software/processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I disliked the setup process of NetClose, but once through that, it was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetClose closes the gap on missing ERP features. It makes closing the books a million times easier, from flux analysis to closing checklists, it covers it all. The amortization feature alone pays for itself every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a slight learning curve to NetClose. However, NetGain is there every step of the way to ensure that the implementation goes off without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
