Netbeans is the best suited IDE to use for most programming languages if not any because of its support of many programming languages like C, C++, java, php, html, javascript etc just to mention a few.what i love about netbeans is that firstly the interface is quite user friendly and you can quite set it up the way you want to make programming hustle free. I have been using NetBeans for as long as I've been a developer. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best IDE for PHP and other web development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The metadata directory should absolutely not default to my project's code directory. Then I have to go do a whole git ignore thing and it's just a pain in the ass. Metadata should always be stored outside the project directory by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
