Allows to develop solid applications using modules and last but not least, supports a lot of programming languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now I don't find a gap in NetBeans, it fits to my needs and requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that out of the box it would support most of the languages I needed. I remember only needing one or two plugins to get a PHP/MySQL/Angular web app up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. It worked fine and I the price was in my range. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have very good experience while working with java. Developing codes for java applications is very easy because of simple interface and management on code on front screen. Command suggestions provides ease for beginners to develop codes with less difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes lots of time to load and also uses lots of memory. It also requires high end configuration computers like bigger processor, more cock speed, more RAM etc to run this application. Due to its high end configuration computers requirements sometimes it puts you computer in hang state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am sure many people will say the prefer eclipse but NetBeans has nothing to envy.
It is light, easy use platform to develop, edit or read code in any language Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it is very slow at reading or opening proyects, but I think it should be normal, because of the size and lines of code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Netbeans both for my Windows and Linux machines, I have been using Netbeans about four years ago and have tried similar PHP IDE's but I always end up with Netbeans. One thing is am very familiar and also an IDE that is very flexible with advance features. Netbeans is very configurable, from themes, font sizes, code collapsing, code hinter, code explorer, many features that I love and it works best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue I got with Netbeans is that it consumes memory, well the benefits outweighs the disadvantages> You need a memory of 4Gigabytes or more to get a functional development environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I consider Netbeans for its Code cleanness with proper hint and error detection. Netbeans provide best tool for HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript development, It has good documentation for available function. It has better git support to manage project on git repository with easy GUI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Netbeans consumes too much memory when project size is going large and sometime hangs in unresponsive manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very user-friendly software and can is easily compatible with Python programming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike. Obviously there's a learning curve as applicable for most software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NetBeans came to me highly recommended. My peers were using it, my mentor was using it. It was overhyped so I decided that I would try it out one day in my Data Structures class while my best friend sat besides me coding in this IDE. I have an IDE that I love and use and is lightweight but I went ahead. I downloaded it. Glad it was free. Thank you so much and opened it up. If you have an eye and appreciation for art and all things beautiful visually, this is not for you. However, as I said. it is good for the clean minimalistic mindset. Easy to navigate. Easy to use. Something I can see certain types of people will fall in love with. But me, aesthetically, this was not for me. Classes, wow, easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The aesthetic fell short of my expectations. I expected much much more. I expected it to be visually appealing but it was not, unfortunately. It was clean, very clean in the way an IDE should be. In fact, it should be an IDE that beginners and amateurs and professionals will feel comfortable with but for me, I need something that is visually stimulating as well and this was not the right IDE for me. Having used Eclipse for a while and then transitioning to Netbeans, I can tell it is a more user friendly IDE with much less bugs.

As any IDE you have to get used to it and there's small learning curve to be able to make full use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
