What do you like best about ITRAK 365?

The support of the Itrak team and the adaptability of the platform is what we liked the best.

What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?

Just like any new IT platform, it can take a while for people to get used to the functions.

What do you like best about ITRAK 365?

Once you get to know the program it's OK. Organized and methodical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?

I have trouble with it not syncing to the platform from smart phone to tablet. Very frustrating. I don't want to complete the entire form on my phone. But when the program doesn't work remotely (only happened twice but REALLY SUCKED), it made a 2 hour task take almost 5 hours.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sent the issue to my coordinator and they worked on it through techies - fixed 3 days later. No idea what the issue was. It just works now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ITRAK 365?

The support from the iTrak team has been outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. The best thing about ITrak is the configuration flexibility and that it is on the MS Platform and integrates well with our current MS platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?

I do not have any dislikes about the system currently, as we are still in the "implementation" phase of our journey and learning as we go. The platform can do alot, although that is not a dislike, it makes learning the best way to set up the platform challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ITRAK 365?

The best part of ITRAK is that it is built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 which provides endless versatility and many different integration opportunities with the Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Azure AD, Power BI, Power Automate & MS Teams. What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?

The only downside of ITRAK is that it requires Microsoft licensing, which Microsoft is prone to changing on a whim. However, to date, the value has far outweighed the cost, and the licenses are shared across other Microsoft applications, which in some cases, can actually save costs. What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?
