The data that ITRAK collects has always been available in our paper forms, but there was never much we could do with it. ITRAK has streamlined our processes and allowed us to gain valuable insights by consolidating the information we already had into an easy to understand dashboard. The switch was easy, as soon as the forms were created it was seamless for our staff to switch from our old paper lists to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a little bit of confusion about how to edit the lists in the beginning but I think that was our misconception, once we were shown by the ITRAK team it made sense and has been easy since Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ITRAK allows me to see what is happening in the restaurant, without physically being there. We have set up checklists, to ensure all procedures are followed every single day. Staff are required to take before and after pictures of critical tasks. If there are issues, staff can create action items so management is aware of the issue. We are not utilizing D365 in our organization to its full potential; a few areas within our business could use this tool (HSE documents vs SharePoint, Maintenance logs could be housed in ITRAK).
