What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Nectar desk for a few months already, most of all preview dialer, automated campaigns and SMS campaigns. The system is really user friendly and works well for our outbound campaigns. Customer service team is doing a great job, they set us up and did training sessions, our agents felt comfortable using the system. What do you like best about Nectar Desk?

There were a lot of issues with the system and integrations. Almost impossible to cancel once you sign up to. You just keep getting put in a loop by the customer service team. I had days and days without the ability to call leads due to these issues and always took up to 24 hours for each issue to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nectar Desk:

The system has a lot of potential but they need to invest in some qualified technical support staff, not just a 'chat support' feature that goes to someone that can't help you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar Desk?

The numerous number of features for making our twenty-person office sound and perform as productively as any large private enterprise. I've been happy with Nectar Desk. As our previous call center system was not enough reliable - there were constant issues with calls’ lost and bad networks. So I have a fully eye of comparison and Nectar Desk is much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Undoubtedly, first of all, you have to do the analysis of demanded tools for your company. For us, Nectar Desk is an absolute fit. The Simplicity of usage and management connected with predictable billing was the bottom line.
