There is nothing I dislike about this program. If I HAD to choose, I would say the ability to access records from all years customer has purchased from (though that may just be something company based) and the ease of access to view inventory when multiple locations come into play. I like the most recent update of CP having the option to search for tabs in CP. If I do not know where to find how to run a report, I can search for the report and find it that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used Counterpont for 19 years. The POS portion is easy for our staff to use and I love the reporting functions. I can easily analyze sales by category, item or vendor as well as drill down even further.
