It is easy to use and navigate. The process templates that they provide are really helpful when it comes to process design. It is a very smart tool and one feature that stands out for me is that if you make a change at one place, it automatically gets replicated throughout the process and saves you the time and effort of manually updating it everywhere.
Navvia customer support is also great as they have a very quick turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many limitations when it comes to customizations that you can do in Navvia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how Navvia provides a step by step guide to building your processes for operations and service management. They provide all the ITSM processes with detailed and easy to use templates to serve as a roadmap for completing a wonderfully designed process document. I also loved the survey capabilities Navvia provides. Navvia also provides the best customer service of any company I've worked with. I give them an A++ on the friendliness and knowledge of the product their reps provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One challenge my company faxed with this product was the inability to download and share the process document with ease as well as creating the various workspaces and assigning access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is user friendly. I have come acorss few process design tools but in-built Navvia sample templates, makes life much easier and save ton of time. The support team is also quick in respoding to questions and issues. I would rate this tool 8 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now migrating existing process document and visio diagram into Navvia ( beta version) is complicated. It is easier to build a new process document and flowcharts instead of migrating existing visio diagram into it. I am looking forward this to improve in the final version. The step-by-step guides and tutorials provided by Navvia were particularly helpful to me and ensured that I could start documenting processes almost immediately, even with limited experience using this type of process documentation tool. The tool accommodates different methodologies, allowing us to tailor our approach to process documentation based on the unique needs of our teams. This flexibility has been a confidence booster, knowing that Navvia can evolve with us as our understanding and requirements grow. I've also found customer service immensely helpful and their support team has been patient, understanding, and responsive to my inquiries, providing guidance that has been instrumental in overcoming challenges and maximizing the tool's potential. Navigating Navvia initially presented a learning curve for me as I delved into the realm of process documentation. As a newcomer to this tool, I found that acclimating myself to its interface took some time. The layout was intuitive, yet understanding where specific features were located and how to seamlessly navigate through the platform required a bit of exploration. I love that we have access to industry standard templates all in one place. I also love how I can sit down and be intentional and guided when created a process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the concept in theory which is that Navvia facilitates collaboration and tracks the process of requirements documentation, review, and sign off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found Navvia cumbersome to use and not very intuitive. For example, I didn't like that to be an approver for a document, you needed to be added to the group for that document, so if you have hundreds of documents, it would have to be done manually. This was a big pain point and barrier to adding more users to the system. Also, I had difficulty figuring out how to find the documents that I was looking - the navigation and filters weren't very intuitive. After trying a few times, I gave up.
