What do you like best about Navisite Services?
RDX has knowledge levels for everything. We have some older Sun equipment running an app that was custom written back in 2000 or so. Needless to say we no longer have the application writer nor the support staff that built the systems. The server tanked as did the storage array and RDX was able to get us to a point that the system was able to boot and eventually back to a running state. Without RDX, our circulation system would still be dead in the water. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Navisite Services?
